    This company doesn't care about you at all. They say easy returns but that does not exist. You cannot change your order at all once placed even if it has 1 hour ago. You are charged exorbitant fees and given no normal records (other companies give you free shipping, free returns, ability to alter, change or cancel your return- all the normal stuff that you get when you order online) but these guys are working in the 15tg century.
    Received my order damaged I emailed them via social media and never received a response. I also left a comment on one of their post and again no response. I then called them and was told that their systems were down and that they will assist me when their systems were back up that was over a week ago and I have yet to receive a response. I'm not going to continue to waste my time reaching out to this company so I'll just take the lost. However, I will never do business with this company again nor will a refer them to anyone.
    I have called twice with no Answer- the message said I could get a call back so I asked for that and still no one called me. Tried writing via the website chat three separate times with no one responding. Then tried writing via Facebook messenger. I just have a simple question about the fit of the pants and whether I should get a different size, but at this point I am so angry I want to send them back and tell everyone to never purchased anything from this company. It's ludicrous.
    I ordered spanx from the site. Once order was completed and confirmation received, my CC was charged $687. I looked at invoice and I had been charged for 4 of the same item. In immediately call them to modify the order. They would not modify nor cancel the order. I asked to speak to supervisor,, she told me that's policy. I can return the 3 and once they receive them they will credit my CC. I returned all 4, had to pay $26.45 in shipping. Never ever use this company.
    I ordered my spanx jeans 3 weeks ago they charged my credit card and no merchandise ever received. I have tried to call no one answers very poor customer service. I messaged them on messenger and was told they are out of the product but can't refund my money until after December 24. Warning to all do not buy spanx.
    I got a bra that came with a sharp edge from the underwire that hurts yuour skin. They asked for photos. I sent them. They did not believe this even when I said it was something difficult to document without touching it. They asked me to go somewhere to return it. At this place I was informed that they don't process returns for Spanx that they don't have a scanner. Poor quality product and unhelpful costumer service. I will never buy. Anything from the again.
    I have bought about 20 pair and some might last a month and others 1 to 2 weeks. They always get a hole in the seam on the back.
    When we brought something, we want to be happy! But sadly spanx doesn't have a good material as expectation :( and i have to return items. But u know what? Very dissapointed with how the way they return. My package still at the carrier more than 1/2 month, and they don't even bother to take care of it. They just say. Refund gonna be get after items been received. But how long should i wait?
    Just bought my first pair of seamless crop leggings. They are very comfortable, but very hot and the top rolls down after a few minutes of exercise.
    First time trying spanx. And I WAS excited. The shipping problems were not their fault, and I appreciate their commitment to resending my package, and they were indeed polite each time. However, To send me an already opened and pre worn pair of leggings is just unacceptable and quite frankly unbelievable. These leggings were frayed on the inside by the thighs. (From walking) And, on the bottom by the ankle area. Maybe feom boots? Who knows... ‍ I really thought a company that has been around for 20 years was legit. But they are not, unfortunately. I'll continue with my target leggings.
    I don't know what you guys are doing, but your customer service is a nightmare and I'm never buying from you again. I got charged twice for an order I never received and no one responds to chat, facebook message or answers the call. I cannot get my refund because no one returns your calls. An absolute $#*! show coming from such a "great" company.
    I called to return pants~ they say they have 100% satisfaction guarantee and should when pants cost $148. After waiting on hold for an hour, they said they would send me an email with the return information. They never sent it. I called again, they said they would be sending it out. I never received it. I don't know how this company is making it and more people don't know about the horrible service. I am beyond disappointed.
    I bought some items in their end of year sale and none of them fit. I am an XL and their site said to order your normal size. All items were too small and when I went to return/exchange the items they said I could not return them. They have all over their site they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when I tried to return the order they said Sorry no can do. How is the 100% satisfaction quarantee? And I even sent them a copy of their return policy that actually said the only exception was if the item was over 90 days old.
    I placed an order on 11/30th and never received it despite paying $24.95 for a one day business delivery fee. I've been trying to call the company for days now, but no one ever answers! You are on a constant loop of them telling you "We're excited to speak with you, etc" Absolutely bizarre. I also tried fb messenger and a chat session, once again to no avail. I will be disputing with my credit card company. It's too bad because their products are great! Also, realizing there is a labor shortage, but this is unreal for a large company.
    I find it very odd that this company cannot proceed with an immediate cancellation of an order (I placed an accidental order), and was told that the order is "already in their warehouse, and I will have to mail it myself back when it arrives to my home (not to mention the fact that I will have to pay the shipping myself)." They must be working a pretty efficient ship, seeing as to the fact that my 30 second of clicking of mouse suddenly has an order en route to my home. The interesting part will be how long it takes to get here. What a scam.
    I called Spanx customer service. I talked to Cassandra (no help). These products are expensive and there's no reason to be glue-cheap quality. The pantie unglued on the side after just wearing it 4 times. I was shocked to know that is actually glued instead of sewed. Cassandra confirmed that it is just glued and that is delicate, to not put it in the dryer. Consumers be aware that if you buy spanx, it is 'delicate' (to the point that did not really helped for its purpose when it was 'glued); you will pay extra for the brand name and you won't be able to place it in the dryer because it is cheaper labor to glue it on the sides. This product needs to have consumer aware all over, like social media. This is bad!
    It has been more than two months since I purchased and returned the Mama faux leather Leggings and bought another size. I Still have not received my refund. I was told it would be sent to a PayPal account and asked for my email. Now when I call about it, I get no response. Never buying from Spanx Online again.
    The Perfect Black Pant, Hi-Rise Flare Seriously $149 pair, ordered on Black Friday. Revived them, put them on went to work and I kept getting stares until someone actually said something Pretty pissed or was it because was on sale?
    I ordered 12/03/2021. Says label has been created. Numerous tries to customer service with hold time over an hour. Finally got thru to someone. They said order has been lost. They reordered and no update. Still trying to get thru. Customer is not being honest to anyone. Read the Facebook reviews too. Sham!
    I just want you to know how disappointed I am in your customer service. I bought 3 pairs of Spanx during your Black Friday Special as a gift to a friend for Christmas. The tights were small and I needed to exchange them for a size up. I tried numerous times to call your customer service in January and was on hold for almost up to an hour each time and was never able to get through. I then got through with an online agent on your website. The agent told me that I needed to return the tights and get a refund and then call the customer service number again (even though I couldn't get through) to then have the customer service rep give me my discount so I could then purchase the larger size tights. This whole thing is truly exhausting. I just don't understand all of this back and forth. But I did return the items and received a refund. Then I called the customer service number today and I magically got through. I asked about my discount so I could purchase the 3 tights in a larger size, and I was told by the rep that no we stopped the price match yesterday. So I can no longer get my discount for the tights. What I'm confused about is you advertise your returns and exchanges for 90 days. I'm not even at 90 days! You policy has made me realize how fake and greedy your company is. My first time buying SPANX and my last. Thank god I got my refund.
    I have purchased three different spanx products Which have all fallen apart within three months. I took photos of the products and reached out to spanx, I was told to reach out to the retailer! Don't seem to care about their diminished product quality or losing a long time customer. Too bad!
    Horrible customer service and shipping. Do not order anything from their website! Placed an order 16 days ago for a present and it has not arrived. Shipping status has said 'Pending' for over a week and has transferred from Fed-Ex to USPS with no reason over this time. I have called their customer service line TWICE and both times, the response has been 'wait two to three additional business days' with no other options for a refund or to resend the items. They said there is no other option but to 'wait' which will likely result in this not being here on time, despite the fact that it was ordered weeks ago.
    I tried via e-mail and text and could not get the so called 10% discount. Either they had website issues today or they have a real problem. Love their products but need to get their act together.
    Item in stock, label made same day I ordered and money was charged Three weeks later I called, they couldn't tell me if It shipped and said I had to wait then more business days before I could cancel the order or, they could see shipping info. This is the 2nd time I ordered and it was awful both times, it took 5 to 6 weeks to receive the orders. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
    Cant even tell me when my order will be shipped! Customer service just gives you robotic answers. Will not order from here again!
