These people don't know how to make shirts. It came stained from the dye used.
Customer service's remedy was awful. They waste my time and then expect me to waste even more time and money to find a box to ship this faulty product back.
Time is money and you should not make your customers go thru hoops when you sent over a STAINED PRODUCT. On top of it, they offered normal shipping only. Do not return any faulty product that is THEIR FAULT as they will make you go thru hoops to remedy it.This company sucks and won't stand by the quality of thier products (produced in Vietnam). Bought a pair of men's trunks ($45-$60), wore them into the pool one time and they turned white (turquoise dye). Contacted pacsun and representative said i could return and receive a store credit. Well the return label email never came through, several days later another email was received stating it had be denied since it had been some time after purchasing them. Company won't stand by the quality of their products and make things right.I placed a 250 dollar order with overnight shipping over a week ago. Signed up for message updates everything. And they have done nothing so far. My order still has not even been processed by the warehouse I have gotten no updates. But my package has been received by the warehouse so they just aren't processing it. I ordered 6 pieces of clothing over 40 dollars per piece of clothing and it has taken a them this long to still not even have it processed. You would think they would have a sense of urgency if they are going to charge over 40 dollars for a short sleeve shirt and another 30 + for overnight. Compared to everywhere else you can shop this will never again be my first choice. I can safely say they have lost my business after this order arrives whenever that may be. The clothing they are selling is great but when it takes this long with overnight shipping to even be processed by the warehouse after it is received by that same warehouse it is not worth it by any mean for me. And nowhere on my tracking does it say that they need to be shipped to the warehouse from out of country which is why I thought it was taking so long so there really is no reason for it to takes weeks to even process my order. And nowhere on the website does it say shipping will take this long. No warnings whatsoever just weeks of waiting and text messages about how you should go buy more from them when you haven't even received your first order. Bad customer service all the way around on this one.I ordered one single item over 15 days ago. ONE SKIRT. It still just says "processing." I was told at check out that it would be delivered in 7 days. I've tried 4 times now to contact them using the ridiculous Live Support because their phones and email are shut down and every time I get below 10 in the Queue Position after waiting literally over an hour, it magically "reconnects" me and deletes the chat. I have not heard a single thing from them about my order since the day I ordered it. Awful service.Absolutely terrible. From their website their rules to delivery. Online customer service is the worst. Ive been trying to call them multiple times today and I get stuck on hold for 20 minutes every time and they never answer. Didn't receive my order and can't return it only so now I don't have my order nor money. Absolutely worst online shopping experienceI ordered ONE playboy sweatshirt on 4/11 and it has processed through my credit card. I have only received an order confirmation. No update on the delivery at all. It is now 5/1 and it still says my order is being processed. I'm not complaining about the length of time I've waited I just would like an update and an estimated time frame on when my sweatshirt will be arriving. I've emailed and tried to call their costumer service with NO luck. I will no longer be buying online from them."Your order could not be submitted. Please review your payment settings and try again. Thank you for your patience!" - pacsun^^That's the only communication I get to have with PacSun. Worst online store and it's been this way for over a year! No customer service either.
I have a paypal payment that went through but order did not process. Three weeks and I can't get it resolved! Can't get my money back! Can't get any help! Still says payment is pending!
Apple Pay doesn't work. Credit card doesn't work.Worst customer service. Their online ordering system revised our address so order was sent to the wrong address. When we called to let them know, they required a police report to issue refund. Ridiculous, especially as this was their fault. Note also that when we called, one agent told us the refund was approved. When we called back, the next agent had no idea what we were talking about. Again, indicated we needed a police report.I ordered online and received half my order. There hours are so awful they close at 5 pm. I love their clothes but service is awful take a picture of everything you order! I have been on the phone with them multiple times to get my order and a month later still have not gotten it. I intended these things to be for gifts but they most likely will never come. :(I ordered a Playboy hoodie from the PacSun website on 6/16. I got my confirmation email not long after and I decided to look up reviews for the website. Nearly all of them were saying how awful their experiences were; how it took weeks to ship, bad customer service, etc. I started to get worried, but two days after I ordered it, I got an email saying it was shipped. I got it in the mail 6/26, a day before expected. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would order from them again.My order has literally been "processing" for 21 days now with absolutely no sign of of coming any time soon. Unless you're interested in waiting for your package to "process" for weeks on end don't bother trying to order from them onlineMy order was split up into 2 shipments. The first one came, not damaged in any way but the wrong size. Then, a few days later they canceled the other half of my clothing just because it was "out of stock". Will be trying again later. Very disappointedIf I could give zero star rating i would. They admitted i ordereda womens 9 and I received a mens 9. I've called and spoke with 2 people 2 says in a row that I can barely understand and still have no return label in my email. They keep telling me it is coming. Worst. Will never order again from pacsun. This was ordered right before Christmas as a gift.For my birthday this year, I did some Black Friday shopping online at PacSun. I ordered four items (a month ago). Two have got here (shipped separately), well after the expected delivery dates.
Regarding the other two, I was informed today (4 weeks after my purchase) that one of the items is actually not available and I shouldn't expect to receive it, and the remaining item is still expected to deliver- its just infinitely delayed with an invalid shipping number. Will never shop this site again...My daughter is a big fan of the store and has always found a lot of nice clothes there. My rating isn't a reflection of the store but of the website and customer service. Returns with exchange by mail are a hassle. They never answer my calls. Emails are a generic response. There is no option for a live chat like on many other sites. I understand services are slow right now with reduced staff but many other stores that I deal with are handling it much better. They actually don't even acknowledge me. Very disappointing considering the amount of money I spend there each month.They make it so difficult to get our money back. I have never had a company to request police report for every little detail on a package that was returned to them because of incorrect address. They are the worst! I will spread the word about this company and just don't ever purchase anything from them. Not worth the hassleI went to my local PacSun, but the selection wasn't as good as I remember. They don't have some of the brands that I got last time I was there, so I decided to try there site. Ordered a few pieces of apparel off the site to see if the buying experience matched their selection. Three of the four items shipped in decent time and arrived in the given window. The fourth item was from a different vendor so it took longer, but when it arrived I opened it to find they had shipped me the wrong shirt. It was the right brand, color, and size, but it wasn't the the shirt I ordered. I contacted support and they told me that they were sorry I was shipped the wrong item, and that the one I ordered was out of stock. They said they would refund me, and asked me to ship the shirt I had received back with a provided shipping label. Thing is, this means they shipped the shirt I ordered to the wrong person, meaning two people didn't get what they ordered, one of those people being me. Ended up settling for what the sent me, but it wasn't a great first experience ordering from them. Knowing I might get shipped the wrong stuff whenever I order from them doesn't give me a ton of confidence in their site.I bought some things online and they came but none of the clothes fit my body type properly. I don't want to go to the mall to return my stuff because of corona so i tried to return it online but it says my items haven't shipped yet even though it has, so the website won't let me get my shipping label. I can't even log in to pacsun customer service for some reason.Horrible experience. Ordered a birthday gift with plenty of time. Paid extra for express shipping just in case. Total waste of time and money. Can't get any customer service, according to PacSun the package has "shipped" but all they did was create a label with FedEx. FedEx confirmed that they are still waiting to receive the package. I trust FedEx. Thanks PacSun for ruining a birthday.Bought on Dec 21, guaranteed by 12-24 if you use $8 express. Dec 24, i get tracking for only 1 item, check and they havebt even processed the rest of my order. I emailed in panic, they finally responded late Christmas Day with hopefully your items will be shipped soon. Wtf, that's how you reply to an upset customer. Smh. Today is Dec 30 and I've received one of my 4 items that i no longer need. All emails I've sent to go ahead and cancel have been ignored. They did refund me $1.52 for my $8 express shipping. I guess that was the difference in reg And express, either way, it's bad business. Not the shipping companies fault that you all haven't even shipped it. I now have tracking for two more items in the order of 4. The last item still hasn't shipped 10 days laterI came on here to see if anyone else was having issues with their shipment and now im scared that I won't even see my clothes with how bad Pacsun seems to be dealing with their shipments this is my first time buying anything from them and it is safe to say my last I ordered $437 worth of clothes over a month ago and it is still in the process stage all I'm trying to say is if you spend that amount of money anywhere and get no feed back about your items for over a month its a little scary I feel like Pacsun just robbed mee and everyone else who spent money buying their clothes just to not receive them why is this not being talked about on social media platforms then I wouldn't have even spent a dollar here im just frustrated and would like to be done with Pacsun forever definitely taking my business elsewhere when I decide to buy anymore clothes and thats on periodTo start, there has been multiple times I've placed an order on pacsun.com that included an item that qualified for free shipping (stated on their current "coupons & promotions" page) and found out later I actually was charged for shipping. Customer service has always fixed this, but getting through to someone is always very difficult and if you reach out on social media, they say you have to call. Shipping takes a while, and it doesn't update for a few days, or will be stuck in processing. I've waited upwards of a month to receive an item I ordered a few months back and customer service didn't help, but I ended up getting it later on thankfully. I've also had an item cancelled for being "out of stock" but then when I went back on the website they are in stock and available to purchase. Quality is decent, depending on what you buy, but sometimes I get items a week later and sometimes a month later. Purchasing and shipping is very inconsistent and if shipping was free, I'd understand but it's frustrating to have to pay for shipping and then still have to wait weeks.I ordered size 5 womens shoes, they gave me sIze 5 of men's which is clearly a size 7 for women. I also ordered a shirt, paid for it, been waiting for an update for a week now so i contacted customer service, they told me they have cancelled the shirt because it was sold out. They didn't inform me about it. Also, UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! Some stuff are listed available but are sold out already.Took over a week to get my items shipped. Didn't know it took about 10 days to get items picked up by carrier. That's why I gave it 1 star. If items are just lingering in the warehouse sitting there what's the point in ordering online. My son loved the shirts but will not order again from this store. First time buyer I was beginning to think it was a fraud store.The website is hard to navigate around. Through the two orders that I have ordered, I have been charged double for both of my orders and there is no way to cancel it. I have tried to contact customer service and it takes them over a day tor respond and they say there is no way to cancel my order.
