I bought 3 items, all 3 fit poorly. I returned them within their timeline. Nothing I purchased was on sale. 6 weeks later they returned everything saying they were final sale items. I paid full price. Terrible company.I must be honest this is one of my favorite stores but the customer service simply sucks. Each and every time I've called I've been disappointed. As of this email I still have yet to hear of a resolution to my last issue. Order placed 9/7 said it was shipped 9/11 then email sent 9/12 telling me one item is missing due to limited availability just for me to go online and see 7 of the item left in my size. I sent two emails and never heard back. I finally called 9/14 since no one responded to my emails just to be told "were going to check our Canada warehouse and see if anyone else is having this same problem and we'll call you back and send an email". " There must have been a problem because we would never not ship it due to pricing". Now I'm not sure why someone else's complaint would have any bearing on mine but apparently it does. Smh. It's now 9/16 and I still haven't heard back. The bottom line is the customer service SUCKS, and the item was marked down to 29$ and went up tremendously and then disappears from my order. I believe they must have made a mistake with pricing and made sure if I did get it, it wouldn't be for 29$.My first time ordering from this company. I absolutely love the clothes. I ordered the chocolate faux wrap top... size 16... fits perfectly. The chocolate Lexi boots are sexy. I will definitely be ordering more things. And they send you $25 off of $50. No need to go to the stores. Thank youYet another retailer that has jacked up prices just because clothes are "plus-size". If you're going to charge $150 and up for a dress, it would be nice if the fabric didn't frey after the third time wearing it! I've tried coming back to them three times and have yet to find good quality items. Its so frustrating. We need to stop inflating prices for double digit sizes. Enough already!30 day postmarked return policy for an online apparel retailer?! And then they reserve the right to be slow on their end? I'm stuck with 3 ill-fitting, cheap-fabric dresses that I can't wear. It's my fault for not reading the strict rules upfront but I buy clothes online all the time (because I live in a small town without many stores) and have never run into anything as restrictive as this.Their return policy window isn't reasonable. I returned a boxes of dresses, untouched brand new with tags, and they just sent them back to me. But their sizes vary too much, so I often have to buy 2 sizes. I know will be donating a box of $700 worth of dresses. Won't be returning. A plus size shop should have a good return policy.I've purchased many items from Eloquii. I only buy when there's a great sale. I love them! I'm a 2x-3x, size 18 in tops, 24 in skirts & pants, & I especially love the fact that the items all fit me. I purchased 2 pairs of fishnet lace stockings. They're so beautiful. Sorry for the trouble other reviewers said they've had, but thankfully I've had nothing but excellent experiences! I'm not an artificial or paid reviewer.Cute clothes, but not worth the pain endured if you have to contact customer service for return or exchange. Never waited on hold this long in my entire life. Then you get weird condescending, attitude from the rep. Slow refunds, horrible communication. PASS.I purchased the Botanical Green cold shoulder blouse I like it but, the only thing is it's kind of a heavy material but, It looks great on and not so boxy at waist when you put on a belt with it. I wore it with some great high heels and some rip jeans got lots of compliments.I ordered my regular size, fit perfect. Used my shop runner account for free 2 day delivery. Not sure what all the complaints are about from the other reviewers. Going online to order more!I am extremely reluctant to write this review as I applaud any fashion company which caters to plus size women, and offers clothes that aren't just shapeless tunics or skin tight club wear. However, I'm very disappointed with the pricing of these clothes. Their quality is adequate, but not exceptional, and the patterns are only rarely unique to what other new and upcoming plus size fashion lines are offering at a substantially lower price. I strongly suggest to the company that they lower the price of the clothing to match the quality.I order from Eloquii at least once a month and I have never had a bad experience. Merchandise takes a few days longer then most places, but nothing crazy. My returns have always been handled quickly. One customer service rep gave me her direct # if I had any issues with my return. The only issue I have is that their system will automatically charge you a $7 return fee even if you've paid your own return shipping cost. But, every time I call them there is never an issue with crediting my account for the fee. I do hope that they fix this problem at some point; it gets a little annoying to have to call every time this happens. Overall, I would recommend them to others, actually I have. Love the style, quality and sales. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.Eloquii suffers from a basic misunderstanding of requirements of good online apparel retailers: free returns and prompt refunds. I've been waiting 3+ weeks for a refund to be issued. Customer service is now just ignoring me.I want to share with the public a message I sent to the Eloquii customer service team:
Dear Eloquii team,
I wanted to write and say THANK YOU for a favor your Returns Department did for me lately. When I received my recent order and knew I had to return the clothes, I put a bunch of things in the return box to take down to the garage with me on the way to my car. Unfortunately, I had some tools in the box that I forgot to take out, and accidentally shipped back to you with my return!
Having attempted to contact warehouses and returns departments with other companies before and been told there was nothing they could do, I gave up the tools as a lost cause. My husband was particularly disappointed because they were part of our only consistent set of tools, and he's adamant about not loosing any. Oops!
So imagine my surprise and relief to get a package in the mail from Eloquii, with the missing tools in it! It was so kind and considerate of you all to recognize the mistake and send the tools back to me without me even having to say anything. THAT'S customer service!

THEY MAKE PLUS SIZE CLOTHES THAT LOOK LIKE THEY BELONG IN VOGUE. LOVE!Just like the previous reviews stated, I will never shop here again due to the ridiculous return policy. I ordered a dress for my mom. The dress didn't fit. Returned the dress thinking I would just be charged the 7.50 for the shipping cost. (Which is still ridiculous) Once my card was refunded... I found I was charged an additional 6.99 for a return fee?!? Customer service is unapologetic. $14.49 for a return?! Unheard of. NEVER AGAIN!I read other reviews... each person has their own experience. I ordered from this site and had to return something. My return was smooth. I mailed it back and received and email that they would be crediting my card. I ordered enough where i received 5 spend $50 get half off cards. The cards didnt work however when i called they took the #s off the cards over the phone and gave me the credit. One criticism is the cost... wish it were affordable to all. Plus size women deserve style that is not frumpy. As a pastors wife there is often a need to go to dressy events. I love Eloquii... ordering a few dresses today.Sizing off.

Why does Walmart have to ruin everything it touches?This is the first time I ever ordered anything from this site the dress fit me perfect the color is amazing the dress is just beautiful and I do feel like a princess in it thank you Eloquii!I have waited a month to be refunded, the whole process from contact to time to process to find returned to me is not worth ever doing business with an online clothing company again. Never ever again. Absolutely terrible and to think after all that I won't get my full refund. What a load of crap. I won't fall for that again!Like others here, I find the return process frustrating. I sent back some clothes on 9/21, they didn't acknowledge receipt until 10/4, and did not process my refund until 10/18 (which meant I didn't get it posted to my credit card until 10/20). It's pretty frustrating to have a lag of over 3 weeks between receiving the return and posting a refund, especially when their own return timeframe is really tight - postmark within 30 days of receipt. I had no luck contacting customer service on the phone (very long hold time and I eventually had to give up to do something else), but I did have a quick response and clear information from the online chat, so that was good.
I've liked some of their clothes, though, and it's nice to have a place that takes a few fashion risks for plus size clothing.I ordered a dress that looked very cute in the picture. When I received it the fabric was very heavy and hot. I understand that that is a you take when you order online. You don't know what the garment us going to actually feel like until you receive it. BUT, to then be charged shipping costs AND a return fee is unacceptable. I will never shop here again. Not worth the risk.I have to admit, I learned of this brand by seeing it on Rebel Wilson. I took a chance and bought a jumpsuit and kady pants. Order arrived quickly. Packaging was standard polybag. Nothing special here. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Very nice fabric and construction. The fit was also very good, true to size. Overall, pretty happy with purchase.I bout a lot from eloquii. I used their sizing charts but nothing fit, it was all too big in the chest. I returned everything. I emailed customer service and I called, they are very slow to respond to emails, and their phone hours are horrible because they are only available when people work. They do charge 7.00 to send anything back, for the shipping costs. They are so slow to process any returns! It takes almost 3 weeks for them to email that they received the package, and I can't imagine that the mail takes that long. Then it takes them another week to tell you how much your refund is. Then it takes 2-5 days to show back up in your account. The quality of their clothing is very good. If anything fit I would keep it, but they don't make anything for woman who aren't curvy up too. Their are just so slow, unresponsive and don't have realistic hours for their customers.
