    I purchased a blazer at $179 because it was a "final sale" item as I thought it wouldn't have further sale, but the day I received the order, Intermix(. Com) reduces the price to $129 PLUS 50% + Free Shipping! So basically I paid $114.50 MORE than what I should have paid... so I asked the customer service to match the price and offer me a store credit(not even money back) since I haven't even opened the box, and they replied that they can't as it was a final sale. I wrote back(twice) to mention that it's misleading, but they haven't replied back with any replies. Awful customer service and Playing with prices. Also, their"Stylists" are a joke! They just find items that I already found and saw... Recommending items without even knowing styles you prefer as a customer.
    I preordered at dress that was meant to ship on 14/12. A month later I receive the item only finding out that the fabric is different than advertised. I purchased the garment for a lot more only because of the "linen blend fabric". I received a 100% cotton garment which I can buy locally for almost half the price. I have been trying to arrange a refund and just being told wait while they investigate this simple matter needing 3-5 days? The incorrect information is still on their website to confuse more customers.
    I was a new customer. I added my email toothier list in order to get an initial discount. It was never emailed to me, didn't go to spam either. Had to follow up with customer service for it. Then I purchased a $350 shirt online that was 40% off. A few days later I received the wrong shirt and size. It was all wrinkled up in a UPS envelop with a lanky piece of tissue around it. Horrible presentation for a retailer charging those prices. Called CS and they said I had to buy the shirt over again online. They couldn't correct the mistake and just send me the right one. When you're spending almost $200 for a shirt it should be the highest and best experience possible. They were very unhelpful and now I have to wait weeks for a refund from the initial purchase that was their mistake. The customer service person blamed the Santa Monica store. Said a "clerk" must have mixed it up. Then they told me to call back the next day. Totally ludicrous for a high end retailer specializing in online purchases. I'm returning the wrong shirt and NEVER shopping at Intermix again. Poor service, over priced clothing and terrible experience especially when they are the ones who made the mistake.
    DO NOT ORDER FROM INTERMIX. I ordered OVERNIGHT shipping on a WEDNESDAY. Yes, the website references a 48 "processing" time. However, WHY would any service list something as "overnight," charge $35, when really it is THREE day shipping? That is FALSE advertisement. When I called to be refunded for my fee of $35, after waiting FIVE days for my item, I was given a big "$#*! you" from the online sales associate as well as the manager I requested to speak to. The manager then told me to not shop with them again. They shouldn't even be allowed to use the title "customer service." Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience with an online retailer. Truly disgusting. The manager literally told me NOT to shop with them! Can you even believe that?! I told them I was returning the item (a $200 swimsuit) because of this treatment and they could not have cared less.
    I purchased a rose gold necklace and by mistake I was sent a silver one. I called customer service to report the error and ask if I could go to a local intermix store to exchange for the one that I ordered. CS rep said that would be fine and in exchange for my inconvenience she would issue me a credit equal to a 10% discount. I went to the store the following day to get the correct necklace and they said they had to return the incorrect item, issue me a credit for it and I'd have to repurchase the correct item. When I received the merchandise credit for the returned item, I saw that they deducted the credit that they had issued to me- so I no longer received the discount. When I called customer service to complain, she explained in a distainful fashion that they don't reward customers for making exchanges so of course they deducted the original merchandise credit from my refund. No matter how I tried to explain that it was not a voluntary exchange but a mistake on their part and they shouldn't offer me a discount one day and then take it back the next day- she was adamant. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and got the same story from a supervisor named Eden. Because of internal logistics they could not honor the discount that was originally given to me. She offered me a 15% coupon for a future regular price item- so I have to spend more money to get the back the discount that was issued and then taken away from me! It was like getting caught in a ridiculous catch 22 situation!
