    They'll send you the wrong item an its a hassle dealing with their customer service! I bought a men's size hat an received this, an when i called they said they don't even sale kids hats like this, yet here it is! I Will NEVER shop at this sad, pathetic place again! Such a simple order an they can't figure out what went wrong? Ridiculous! Customer service is just as ridiculous as this situation!
    Company sent me an email showing me a boot. You cannot click on it to purchase, it is NO WHERE in their catalog. When you email them, they keep telling you to send a picture, even though you have every time. No one know where of how to find the boot in the picture when you call them. Worst customer service. And when you call the parent company BOOT BARN, no one answers the phone, Ever. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the corporate tree. I wont buy anything from them ever again.!
    Ordered my first pair of boots from here last week and they arrived today! Must say I was a little more than anxious to get them because of some of the comments and my history with online ordering... All my worry was for nothing... these boots are so beautiful and fit just as I had hoped. There is quality in the workmanship and the price was good as well! I will definitely be ordering more pairs in the future. Thank you, Barbara Martin
    I have to pay $10 some return fee, when i received the shorts clearly not matching the photos.it's not my fault they are selling not what advertising. Why do I have to pay for their mistake or lie? I will never buy from them again. Their wranglers shorts are just cropped jeans, there is no fringe and they are incredible wide like a skirt at the cut line. The worst shorts I have ever gotten. Never again will make this mistake again
    I love in Canada and I ordered boots during the Covid pandemic. They can in less than a week to me on the east coast. They are true to fit and high quality. They also gave me updates as they happened with my delivery. Will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again!
    I ordered a pair of boots and was charged immediately for them. The next day I was charged again. I called and was informed that the first charge was a hold and should be refunded within 24 hours. It had been nearly a week and I still did not receive a refund. It's ridiculous that this is how they charge people. They shouldn't have to take the money out of my account twice. I've never experienced this ordering from any other website. I called them again after 6 days and they said the charge would be refunded by the end of the day. It never was. I called again the next day after speaking with my bank. I told them what my bank told me which was that if they didn't refund it to request documents to send to my bank. It was only after I told them this that they finally authorized the refund. Also, when my order arrived the boots weren't even in a box from the brand I ordered. They arrived in a Boot Barn box with no paper or stuffing inside of them to keep their shape. The right boot looked like it was worn or defective. The stitching on the toe area was not centered and the bottom of the boot was scratched. I'm never ordering from them again.
    I, too, had a problem getting a return label. Per the invoice enclosed in the box, it was shown that the boots were purchased through B--t B--n. I contacted B--t B--n to let them know I had tried on two occasions, a week apart, to get a response from Country Outfitter. The CSR I talked to at B--t B--n emailed me a return label by the end of the day. Also, I noticed that the customer service phone number for Country Outfitter on the invoice is different from their website. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. The boots were quality boots - Georgia - but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
    I was happy to order from their nice selection of boots that my GF absolutely had to have. Too bad when I received the shipment the condition and way it was shipped was incompetent to say the least. The box was too big for the boots causing the boots to move freely inside causing pieces of the boot hardware to come off. Not only that but the box was not properly sealed causing the piece to fall out! I would have gladly glued the end of the tassel back on. The return shipping was easy enough. I had to add packing to the box and taped securely. Not Hard! Why they couldn't take a few minutes to do the same thing when shipped is beyond me! OK So I received confirmation they received the return and was expecting an exchange from my request online and a follow up email to customer service stating exactly what I wanted. Then nothing... I searched my credit card statement to find a reimbursement minus $10. So I didn't get my exchange and paid $10 for terrible service. Clearly the people there are either incompetent OR malicious, denying me of my request AND charging me $10 for the experience. You gotta do better than this! I want to support and buy from businesses in America. You need to develop some pride in your work and realize how important small / medium businesses are in America.
    Please read the reviews before you purchase from this company. Ordered a pair of boots that looked nothing like the description on the website. Wrote to customer service and it was as though they didn't even read the email before they wrote a worthless response. Wish I had seen the horrible reviews before buying.
    Omg. To say I was TERRIFIED after reading these reviews would be an understatement. I ordered last Thursday and then Friday I googled to see where there might be locations of this company just out of curiosity and I stumbled upon these reviews. I DO NOT usually spend this much money on myself so that made the whole situation even scarier. All weekend I was scared they would never come or they would be fakes or the wrong size or the wrong boots or something. BUT they arrived today right on time and THEY ARE AMAZING! They are first of all gorgeous, also the size is perfect, and the smell! Ahhh the sweet leather smell. These are quite possibly the best shoes I have ever owned and I may quite possibly never remove them from my feet. I am IN LOVE. I have no idea why so many other people had such bad luck but I just want others to know that it all worked out for me. The price was also incredible, definitely the best I found after searching many sites. So hopefully this company has changed the error of their ways and other people will start to have success stories like mine.
    The so called refund policy of this company is only store credit. Beware! And their promise on their website of a $20 discount "now" isn't now at all. It's an email 24-48 hours LATER. Your size might be gone by then. So it's essentially a phony promise.
    I found a pair of cowboy boots online that I was in love with, and country outfitter was one of the two places that I found them on. Both had terrible reviews, but my friend had recommended countryoutfitter.com and said she had ordered there several times with no issues. I winged it and I'm glad I did! I received a confirmation email immediately, an email when they shipped with a tracking number attached, and an email when they were delivered. The boots were exactly what was pictured, true to size, and no issues at all with the quality of them. I got free shipping since the purchase was over $50 and also got a discount for signing up for their email list. The time between my confirmation email and delivery date was exactly a week. Definitely would recommend!
    I have bought 5 pairs of their boots over the last 3-4 years... and I must say that I loved them... However, just recently I purchased another pair that was delivered to me 2 sizes too small... and due to the fact that I am a Canadian customer... they wanted me to ship their error back at my expense. I explained that first I wanted my purchase money back as once returned I would have no guarantee of a refund. They lied to me, sent me a fake return document, gave me fake dates to watch for on my paypal account... thank goodness I used paypal as it has purchase insurance... needless to say paypal has returned my money as this company did not even have the decency to respond. Beware... not customer friendly if you have any problems at all!
    Never again will I shop at country outfitters. Ordered boots in an 8 1/2, they fit like a 10. After shipping them back for an 8 at my expense, I waited for a month and after contacting them 3 times by phone and then seeing that it was evidently cancelled because my charge went back to pending on my card, they told me they were on back order and would be shipped out in January 2020. I never cancelled my order, yet they evidently did and didn't notify me. Last call, advised me of back order, then I cancelled order. It cost me $10 for my aggravation. Still pending on my acct. Talk about scam.
    Ordered a hat from these losers and they sent the wrong hat. Then the losers charged me for there mistake. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't recommend doing any kind of business with them. And if they RIP YOU OFF TOO, contact the BBB. These piss poor business people need to be put out of business!
    Almost everything you see on this site you can order from boot barn and is way more reliable Definitely would go there instead
    I have overall had a terrible experience with Country outfitters. I am shopping from Australia, looking for western boots. I place an order on an item that is specifically advertised as available and ships "next business day", it wasn't until a week later I realised I hadn't had any confirmation email and noted my PayPal account stated "pending authorisation", upon reaching out they said there was a delay in the shipping, I waited and waited, no updates, so I reached out again, this is when they cancelled my order saying the boots were actually not in stock. Yet they are still being advertised on their website as available to ship next day in my size - go figure. Then I found another pair as they suggested and placed a second order, only to once again be waiting for some information/update on the shipping this time. They offered a 15% discount, but would NOT give me a discount code to put in at the checkout, they said I had to phone for the code (I cannot call internationally), so the only option was that they would apply the discount when the item is shipped. Once again I had to email after 5 days of hearing nothing to get an update, and to ensure they apply the discount code as promised. To which they did, but only "conveniently" when the item had been shipped which just so happened to be the day they replied to my email. Appalling customer service. They need to pick up their game with informing customers of the status of the order, it should not be something that constantly requires chasing up. All in all I placed the initial order on 31st July, and I am not expecting to receive my boots until 6th September. I will not be shopping with this website again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
    I placed the first order which arrived 1 week late, it was the wrong size so I sent it back and asked for full refund. I placed another order on the 13th and received e-mail confirmation but never got shipped! I sent several e-mails asking about the status but I didn't get any response! I called today 8/19 and was informed that the order is cancelled because item is no longer available! I didn't get my first refund and my 2nd order was cancelled without even notifying me! I called American Express, filled a claim and will get my full refund for both orders. Do not order from this place!
    Ordered two pair of boots for $420 and the wrong size boots were sent to me! You would think they would at least check to make sure the correct size boots were in the box before sending them out! Excellent boots but poor customer service! It is Christmas time and no one has time for returns and resends!
    This company is a fraud. There is basically no way to contact them. The phone numbers are out of order or are just a recorded message that gets you nowhere. They do not respond to emails either. If you have a problem or return, you will never see your money again. Stay very far away from this illegitimate business. There are excessive complaints against them from BBB and they are being investigated by the Attorney General.
    Bought a pair of boots from them, they did not fit ( justin boots run big), returned the boots after trying them on and walked around my home. They accepted the return, then only refunded me partial payment stating that i had damaged the boots. Then they terminated the live chat (only way to talk to them, they do not have phone customer service). Anyway they had their first chance to leave and impression, BLEW IT. Would not recommend to anyone.
    Ordered 2 items that said they were instock come to find out only one was the other was on back order so they sent the one out and reimbursed the price of one. I ordered 2 so the price of shipping would cover both they want me to pay shipping on each they say they sent emails saying that they couldnt do the back ordered one that i never recieved a email so fed up
    They printed the return label and mailed it to me. All you needed to do was ask. I'm having problems with back orders also though
    I ordered the boots late Monday, I paid the extra $10 for the UPS2DAY, and I got them Thursday morning! It was so simple and easy! And I LOVE MY BOOTS! I will most definitely order from this company again! Thank you so much
    The return process is deliberately flawed. You can't print the return label and form, so you need to email it. The email allows you to print the return label, but the like to the form is dead, sending you an ERROR message. Still waiting for refund after 2 weeks. They're either having growing pains OR they're crooks... either way, I recommend avoiding this site!
