I started my service with PhotonVPS a few months ago after shopping around for a week or so for the best deals. I am happy with PhotonVPS's pricing/service. The service went down a couple times however the staff at PhotoVPS got it up running quickly. They have also answered all my questions in a timely manner and very thoroughly. I will definitely s tay with PhotonVPS for a long time and I challenge anyone to try and find a better deal for the service they provide because you can't find any one elseBeen with PhotonVPS for a couple of years and I remember starting out with no knowledge of hosting and how great and friendly the tech support was. Over the years the support team has expand but they still provide amazing service. The equipment used is also very satisfying to know that my site will not be experiencing any downtime or lag. This company is definitely worth a shot!PhotonVPS sends too many emails for my taste I use the VPS only very rarely, maybe once or twice a month, so I want it to be cheap, simple and work well away when I do need it. I think the administration interfaces are a bit complicated, it seems there's one for support, one for billing and I think another one? Would be nice to have a single lo gin across all admin sites. Generally though I'm quite happy with the serviceI've had a PhotonVPS beam 1 server for quite some time Their servers are pretty stable as I have not dealt with many issues. It definitely is worth the price when coming to a shared to virtual private network. Security was my main issue for my website and this did the job. I can't complain as I have dealt with many web hosts in the past which d isappointed me too oftenVPS - Fast, cheap & reliable Coming from a pretty cheap shared hosting plan, I changed to Photon VPS as previous hosts were complaining about resource overload. After doing a lot of research about what specifications I wanted for my business, I decided to give these guys a try. They have not let me down. I have had zero downtime since starting with them and they have provided a VPS far cheaper, with better specifications, than I could have ever budgeted for. The setup was slow, they sent me the wrong passwords for everything, and they use unlicensed Windows installations unless you hassle customer service. They also asked for copies of my driver's license, passport, and credit card for a "fraud check" even though the payment went through. PhontonVPS is definitely worth a shot!I have used a vps from photon for the past couple of years and had practically zero issues, the one time a fault was experienced they were straight on it and very quickly resolved the issue. The odd ticket was raised to update rDNS and again the request was dealt with swiftly with no need to chase or play ping pong with support staff. i am based in the uk so the latency has become an issue with one the applications hence the move, however i will always consider photon for future services 😊Great! But in the "How did you hear about us" - Why isn't there an option called "Us" - I got here my an email youu sent me ;)Had some minor issues with network connectivity Biggest complaint is there is not any documentation or information. It would be nice to have a FAQ or other documentation on what you need to do to maintain or modify your Virtual Server. I am happy with the overall. I just would like more information.PhotonVPS is a great company. I have been hosting with them for over a year and I have not had any serious issues with their service. They make the startup fast and easy. I also do not have issues with downtime. Their support team consist of wonderful individuals who actually reply to tickets and are really friendly. I have had a great experience with them so far and hope to continue with them.So far very good They responded quickly to my two tickets and the VPS has worked very well. However, when connected through the console, sometimes the response time is not as fast.Excellent, fast, affordable service So far the most reliable, responsive VPS I have used. Would be nice to have a VPS control panel so that I may automatically install a new OS without needing the assistance of a live individual. Keep being excellent and I will continue to use this service long into the future.Since 3 years we rent a server from another supplier to host our Microsoft Team Foundation Server A couple of months ago we started our search for a cheaper supplier. After extensive search and trials we found PhotonVPS. We now run a server at PhotonVPS and it is 1/4th of the price of our other supplier, the availability is better and speed is at p ar. Once Microsoft comes out with Team Foundation Server for 64 bit in April, we will move our whole development environment to PhotonVPS.Everything is good but ... The speed, hardware, service are good but should improve the service when custom upgrade their VPS, I mean not to change users' IP address and try not to recreate but just move the VPS to other node during upgrade the VPS. So the company should solve the problem with VPS moving between different node. It can be done because the company has already control the router and node serversNot bad, still it will be much better is some sort of customer review system is applied, so we can easily choose the package.Always very helpful, especially Jimmy Reason I rated uptime a 4 is due to unspecified intervals the old software going down and me not having a means to reboot it.Brilliant i have brought from here many times and the vps hosting has been even better than they say!
