    Never received my package customer service sucks. Phone number on there website doesn't work. My money was basically stolen!
    I purchased a pair of culottes on 11/6/2021 through Paypal (unfortunately). The charge went through on 11/8 and the package arrived in 6 days. It didn't fit or look right on me so I looked up returns. I was supposed to have a return form in the box the garment came in. There was no form, and the company cannot guarantee that it receives a return if you don't use their form and/or label. I tried to reach the company by phone multiple times on different days. The line is busy at all hours. I tried to chat, but the agent didn't come on. When I closed the chat window, the message came that it's not available (this was during the store's business hours). I clicked the link to Facebook Messenger, which is supposed to respond in 24 hours. The link didn't work. I emailed and received a generic response directing me back to the site, where nothing works except placing an order. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to reach this company. I've started a dispute on Paypal, but am not hopeful about the result.
    I order on the 4th of December still has not, received at this present moment, dont want to refund my money, had to call my bank, never me again.
    After 700 australian dollars in purchase I needed to exhange sizes. Return box was more expensive than the purchase. Several emails were sent. DHL doesnt recognise the return pick up. 3 months later, no communication was done on G star end. I would never purchase anything from this website. Shame on you guys
    Horrible customer service, no refund for a month. No help from emails and calls. I don't know who to contact or just to file.law suit
    Will not answer emails or help with problems with your orders. Customer service fails to answer complaints even while contacting multiple times. Fraudulent activity. They charged my card even after contacting them to refund my order. Do not order from their website! You can't get a refund from ordering. Bad business practices.
    Very slow service. Today is 6-th day after my order. Order #*******547. The first day after the payment I received an order confirmation and a promise to inform me soon about the details of the shipment. The problem was that I couldn't correctly specify my phone nomber in there on-line form. This form simply doesn't work properly. Then after payment I sent them a message with right number. In reply I received this - Dear customer, Thank you for contacting G-Star.com. This email is a confirmation that we have received your request. We have created a file for under the following case number 00028769 We will try to provide a reply within one business day. We hope to have informed you sufficiently. Kind regards, G-Star.com Customer service 2 days passed. No information. Then I go to my account and see the mark that my order is shiped. My order is shiped but there is no information about the tracking number. Then again I go to the contacts. And again send a request about my order. No reply. Sorry, there is reply, this reply " Dear customer, Thank you for contacting G-Star.com... We will try to provide a reply within one business day... Kind regards..." For 6 days I sent about 10 requests in all deparments. And received 10 аutomatic answers - "We will try to provide a reply within one business day" I really began to doubt that I would receive something finally. But at least on 6-th day I got the shipment details.
    Is there any way to contact Customer service? I've been overcharged by this company, didn't get refund for cancelled order (cancelled by them) and I am trying to get in touch with anyone for the last 2 weeks. Byers, beware! This company has HORRIBLE Customer Service. Plus, they seem to steal money from their customers.
    I have returned an order I have received on the 7/12. The order was picked by DHL on the 9/12 and arrived G-STAR on the 13/12. I sent many ememails to inquire about my refund and on every occasion I received a notification from G-Star acknowledging receiving my emails yet they never responded. I contacted DHL to inquire about my parcel to be told by the investigation supervisor that he contacted DHL Holland and was told that my shipment among many others was hold by the Dutch customs because G-Star owes them a lot of money. Now I don't have the items and G-Star didn't refund me and are not responding to my many inquires. Theives! With the worst customers service. I will report them to the proper authorities
    Clothes way to big sizing all wrong refund now taking the piss to get back. Company sucks. Heed the reviews people
    The customer service is bad. Really bad. Like don't bother reaching out unless you like receiving automated emails. I'm on day 21 since I returned a product and there is no update on my refund. I'm going to go through my bank to get the money back because the company won't refund or answer my reach out.
    Horrible customer service! Just horrible! I have no item nor a refund at this point! Useless communication via email with at least 5 members of customer service! Very disappointed. Wish I had never ordered from them. They treat me as if I want something for free! I DONT I just want my item back!
    Fire they are very rude... They listed product in their website as if the product is available they charge your credit card so far you are waiting for your product, then 3 o 5 days later they they you oh I sorry they product is not available and they already charge your credit card. And to give you the credit back at least 5 business day, why are you waking or listing a product in your website that is not available ND YOU STILL CHARGE FOR IT CRAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE, OM TOP OF THAT THE WOMAN I SPOKE IN THE PHONE SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.     Every Jeans I buy a gole starts appearing in the same spot, I dont exercise in my jeans and I certainly dont do splits. It happened to a few jeans and ignored it, then decided once to even stitch it up by a professional tailor. It never use to be like this but last 5 years the quality if Gstar is absolutely rubbish. The T-shirts are even worse, such cheap quality, primark have better quality and that is not exaggeration, I am dead serious. After 1 wash the tshirts start losing shape and go all stretchy and the way the neck area of the tshirt sit is like a newbie has just sewn a top for the first time. Its so poor! Over the last 15years I have probably soent thousands of pounds in Gstar and now I think it's time to accept that Gstar is incapable of making good quality clothes or they are taking shortcuts. I have nothing against them and have previously left an amazing 5 star review and now I feel it is a huge MINUS 5 starssss! Massively disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated.
    Love G-star clothes however if they want to make a dent in the e-commerce market they need to speed up their shipping and fix their website. Ordered my items on 4 May and they are scheduled for the 17 May (13 full days). Most successful e-tailers will ship in 1-2 business days with delivery between day 3 and 5. So 15 days is woefully slow. Secondly, I ordered a jacket which after 5 days of no shipping notification I was informed was out of stock and refunded. However, when I go to the website, it's "in stock". So there appears to be no link between the warehouse and the website. Thirdly, whilst I had items in my cart which I subsequently deleted, they still appear in my cart. Whilst not a big issue, it just seems they Don't have a good delivery model. Shame that the website doesn't live up to the product pricing (I. E high quality, good service). In this day and age, businesses that don't adapt generally fail. And if G-star does not improve, they will be out of business in under 5 years. You heard it here first.
    Very bad selected delivery carrier. I am a loyal customer of G-Star for years and I really like their products. Have been spending a lot of money with them. In NL they use DHL as a carrier. It used to always be 24-48 hrs delivery. For the last year almost every time I place a delivery there is always a problem with DHL delivery rerouting, redirecting my delivery and it takes forever. When I call CS they apologize and say they are not aware of any root cause. Worst case I had, a delivery that was supposed to be at my home address was delivered to a home address DHL depot without even trying to make a first delivery to my home. No note no nothing of a missed delivery. This depot was located far from my home so had to travel and chase for my delivery which was nicely paid to be delivered in 48hrs at my home address. Advice to GStar, change your carrier! Post.nl is 1000 x times more reliable than DHL last years!
    I was looking to get a nice pair of jeans from a sustainable company for Christmas, and came across G-star. They had an advertised sale (pop-up ads on-line) on Cyber Monday. I clicked on the ad, and the jeans I liked were 120$, down from 160$. While I was filling in the size info, the price flipped back to the original 160$!. I called Customer Support and spoke with Matt. He said those jeans were not on sale. All while I was still looking at the ad claiming the 120$ price! Matt offered no explanation, just kept repeating "not on sale". I then e-mailed Customer Support, but they never bothered to get back to me. The sale ad kept running the following day, Tuesday, as well. Would never purchase from this company, with it's rude customer service and fake ads. I'm sure their claims of sustainability are as good as their ads.
