    All roses were wilted & black around the edges. Ordered for a nursing home for all mothers in quartine & they were awful looking. I was so embarrassed.
    Before purchasing from this firm consider the following. The following shipping issue is occurring on my two current orders and is the second instance in a row. The poor service quality is ok because they have written an out into their service agreement. Never mind that upsetting the customer is the last thing they consider. Consider this note a service quality warning before your expectations are banished and money is wasted. Dear customer Thank you again for ordering flowers from Global Rose. FedEx has informed us that your shipment has been delayed due to a delay in customs and will be delivered tomorrow Saturday, May 8th. Flowers are currently being kept in cold storage to guarantee the freshness of your product. As stated in our shipping policies, Globalrose can deliver flowers one day after the scheduled delivery date, if shipping problems arise during transportation. We are sorry about the inconvenience. Thank you and enjoy the flowers. The followup for this issue, is the company did not delivery on Saturday and Fedex notes delivery will be on Monday. #flower, #globalrose
    GlobalRose is a online florist shipping from Bogata, Columbia. The online service seems adequate, but delivery performance is bad. They take money just fine. I am a longtime married retiree and I wanted to surprize my wife. I ordered 4 dozen roses on January 11 for a anniversary occasion this week Tuesday Feb. 8. and they never arrived. I agreed to a one day early delivery, still never is never. I am now in the process of getting back my money. Even if they arrive, they will be in a box for a week and the anniversary surprize is lost. I should have paid double with a reputable supplier. Disappointed Invoice number: 693835
    I wanted to send my 80 year old mother flowers for Mother's Day. While most woman like roses my mother loves carnations which is not the typical flower found in arrangements available online. I found an adorable arrangement online, at a very well known business, of maybe 12 carnations which were sculpted into 2 white dogs. $80 + $20+ in shipping. Seemed a bit much for 12 carnations held together with floral tape and pipe cleaners. So I checked the local florist, literally around the corner from my my mother's house in a very small town in Kansas, to see what they had to offer. 12 carnations, of colors I could not chose, stuffed in a $1.50 vase with baby's breath and a paper ribbon...$50.00 + $3.50 for delivery. Seriously? In my desperation I went online again searching for a solution when I stumbled across Globalrose.com. I had never heard of this company so was very leery to begin with, however, there it was (cue angels singing) a Mother's Day bouquet of 100 carnations for $50-ish and free delivery within the continental U.S. WHAT?!? I went through the order and payment process very easily and began the worrying process to find out what my mother would actually receive. As promised I received the FedEx tracking number the night before the delivery. I tracked the flowers and saw they had come from Columbia and were on the move to mom. Like clockwork they arrived! And to my surprise and my mother's delight the carnations were beautiful and healthy! Globalrose does not have a wide variety of flowers and do require a little elbow grease to trim and arrange the flowers (which my mother enjoyed to no end) but I cannot imagine a better experience or better price. I highly recommend this site and will keep it as my go-to from now on.
    Ordered Amandine roses for Birthday, paid extra for Sat delivery. Got it in time, in the morning, in the beautiful box (2 stars for good packaging), but wrong roses, green more like Limbo with lots of damaged(from heat by delivery company Fedex). Contacted customer Service support, who proposed to resent roses or 30% of credit for next order(why do I need next order when Birthday already past) how ever I ask to resent it if. If it will be a right once. Roses being resent for free, but Two weeks later I got the same wrong roses. Question why do you advertise or propose variety if you don't have it, or you will be sending the same ones for any order as longer as they are same or similar color? Or why do I need credit from the store, if it's not my mistake I have to buy more? Super disappointed. Very not trustful, specially if you ordering flowers for special event you don't know what you will get. Roses good qality roses, wrong and after heat delivery, but originally good quality roses, if not customer Service it would be maybe a good place to buy.
    I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service and received such little help from a company providing a product. I ordered flowers to be delivered, 50 pink roses for Friday June 8 for my girlfriend's birthday. Friday morning I am home and they are not delivered whatsoever. I attempt to contact them throughout the weekend through their "customer service" department to no avail, although it clearly states their times of operation when you call. Monday morning rolls around (3 days later) and they try to deliver the flowers and leave a note this time. I finally reach their customer service manager now to attempt to get my money back for her to tell me sorry they tried to deliver them and there is absolutely nothing they can do. NO REFUND, NO RESENDING OF FLOWERS, OR EVEN CREDIT FOR NEW FLOWERS? I have never felt so cheated. Who takes a customer's money like that? From someone who is trying to make their loved one feel special on their day? That is the business they specialize in but did nothing for their customer but make it sound like it was my fault. It is outrageous and completely unprofessional. I sincerely hope they enjoy the $71 and maybe reinvest it into their lowly company to emeliorate it starting with the nonexistential customer service. I am a frequent purchaser of flowers and floral arrangements for my family members and loved ones at all times of the year. Unfortunately there are many affordable alternatives who would never make a customer feel the way they made me feel today and who would be light years more business professional with some etiquette and courtesty. Others include (1800flowers.com, fromyouflowers.com, eflowers.com, bouqs.com, ftd.com, proflowers.com). I hope nobody has a company take money from them like they did to me, STAY AWAY FROM ROSE GLOBAL!
