So I was a bit wary given that they are MUCH cheaper than many other options. I was/am pretty impressed - very good packaging, shipping was even faster than I expected, I ordered everything via my phone, and the quality is excellent (especially considering the price). Many other sites are pricier and surely there are additional bells and whistles you can invest in (though they did have many as add-ons on their site), I'd be quite skeptical that many others can match overall value of this site though. There were actually shipments that arrived a few days early of their expected ETA. I had some very big orders and was impressed with the consistency of professionalism. I cannot say enough good things.I recently ordered 3 16x20 canvas prints as Christmas gifts during a flash sale without reading reviews. I then went to read reviews and was so worried about what I was going to receive! My canvases arrived today (5 days early) and I could not be more happy with them! I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The picture was taken on an iPhone SE (not professionally done). I am so pleased and will be ordering more for myself. I know the recipients of these gifts are going to love them!I thought it would be cool looking, turned out I was right! I understand some people have had bad experiences, but they got here in about a week and a half, and they all look exactly like the pictures I submitted. No damage that I can see. I also paid $110 which is pretty ridiculous considering the size and quantity. I really can't tell the difference between these and canvases I've gotten from Amazon or Canvas shops. Roll the dice if you want to, but for me, everything worked out perfectly.This is my 2 Nd purchase with easy canvas. It is very good quality & my picture came out not burly. I will definitely be using them in the future.I contacted ECP regarding an unsatisfactory print. I submitted my photo of the print as requested and haven't heard back from them in many days. In addition, I submitted another order for an offer of 16x20 for $13.99. Nowhere on the web site or shopping cart was there any mention of the special offer. Instead the charge in the shopping cart was nearly $30. When I got my confirmation email the charge was $192! And they had charged my credit card. Failing marks on a couple of topics. Buyer beware!We have Ordered again and again always great customer service. They will not print anything that's blurry. That's the best part. They are located in Austin Texas. I've been satisfied with every single purchase.I ordered 3 16x20 canvas prints. Two fo the three were fantastic. One was blurry. I know that's my fault but when I sent it I thought it was clear. However, it would have been great if before printing it I would have been notified that it didn't look right rather than printing it. Communication makes great relationships and in this case I would have really praised them rather than criticizing them. I've ordered before and received a great picture. This one was not great and I was not happy. One print for the garbage.As usual, easy canvas prints provided excellent quality product, for a great price! This ended up being a gift from a family member to a significant other. Sentimental, and priceless!I ended up printing an image of a photo my boyfriend took of the NYC view on a job site and I then printed it in BW to go with our decor. It was done in time for his birthday and the day we got our keys to the new place. I definitely will be ordering again from you guys. Thank you.What I get was such a bad print it never could hang on a wall! After my complaint they want suddenly nothing know about their "Satisfaction Guarantee". Offering only a partly refund is not acceptable as this picture can be only trashed. Stay away from this company: to many bad reviews, bad customer service and not fulfilling their promises regarding the Satisfaction Warranty! Answering emails needs weeks! They believe obviously that you give up.Easy to use website. Photo quality is great and it shipped quickly. Mounting hardware made hanging the canvas easy. No complaints here. Photo of my US Air Force Airman was received with red/pink streaks from the American flag bleeding into the white stripes of the flag. Terrible image. Kinda like your favorite white shirt ruined in the wash by a new red sock - now we see it's pink!. Company would not replace unless I agreed to pay for shipping of a yet unseen replacement. They didn't get it right the first time and want me to take the risk and pay for a second one. How about this company sending me an accurate image and product without color bleeds and prove you can get it right before asking for additional money. Bad business practice.I have ordered from this website 5 different times and every canvas is Seriously BEAUTIFUL! Every piece gets delivered fast and they have made our house look so magical. I am not a person who normal writes reviews but I had to let people know how awesome they are. 10/10 by far!
