    Laura was a pleasure to work with. Her expertise and fun demeanor were qualities that made my experience well above average.
    I researched what I needed (hand shower used as a shower head and correct bracket to match existing Kohler tub fittings) then ordered it online here for a nice price. The items arrived quickly and are working well and look great.
    Ordered a faucet and water dispenser from you and everything went great. I then placed a second order for the matching soap dispenser. It arrived with a broken inner plastic piece. I contacted customer service via email immediately. You issued an exchange notified me there was a light delay in with a back order. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
    I originally placed an order with a different company and then learned several of the items were on back order. After calling their service team, they weren't able to improve the delivery time. I then called Laura and she was able to get the items delivered quickly and matched the price. I appreciated what Laura did to meet my project timeline. I will continue to use efaucets in the future. Thanks Laura for your efforts to meet my needs!
    My initial order was broken. I contacted Mary in customer service and she was extremely helpful in getting a new part out to me . Very pleased with your service .
    Great place to shop for faucets!!! Selection of high end products was the reason I bought this for a close friend for a Christmas present. She loves it!
    I ordered and received a new pedestal sink top. It had a concealed manufacturers defect. I called customer service and sent them pictures and they sent out a new one immediately. The new one was great. They told me to donate the other one instead of sending it back. I donated it to habitat for humanity. All and all a great experience. I would recommend eFaucets!
    I only received delivery of one of the three items I ordered, so I called to make sure my ordered was processed correctly. Shawna very quickly let me know that the two other items had to be shipped from a different location thereby causing two different delivery dates...quick, efficient and very knowledgeable customer service!!!
    Don't remember who helped me but do remember that they reassured that my choice was one they had received good feedback on and I'm very happy with it thus far.
    Very good customer service. Also worked with Amanda Lipke due to a delivery problem. I did have an issue with the inclusion of an escutcheon for the faucet. Delta said it was included but the faucet I received did not have it included. I went directly to Delta to get this resolved. Not an issue with eFaucets.
    This survey was sent to me and seems very premature. My overall satisfaction depends on how my complaint is resolved. I received a scratched tub spout and I need a replacement. I have not received communication from a customer service agent yet, just this survey. I would disregard this survey because my 'shopping experience' is still ongoing.
    My order was for a Deltas kitchen soap dispenser, to replace an older unit that I had. Although I ordered the replacement based on the original model number that I had retained, the incorrect one initially arrived (incorrect finish). I then contacted customer service, and was taken care of by Elaine, if I recall correctly, and we got the situation taken care of. I must say, that it took several tries to get me the correct dispenser, as there are 3 different finishes offered for that part, and A) the Delta supplied illustrations are not detailed enough to be able to CLEARLY differentiate between them, and B) my final conclusion was that the first dispenser that I received was indeed the correct part number, but the incorrect part was placed in the box, again, a Delta issue. Elaine (I hope that's correct) patiently worked through this situation with me, and the problem was resolved, even though it took to sending a couple of the parts back and forth. This was a little frustrating at first, but did get resolved to my complete satisfaction. I didn't initially place a name as to who I worked with, because A) I placed the order online, and B) didn't recognize any of the names that were listed.
    I received a showered that was rattling, but didn't think anything of it. However, after it was installed, it clearly wasn't working correctly. I contacted Customer Service, who asked me to take a video of the issue because shipping? or someone wanted to see if I deserved a refund, I think. I told Customer Service I'd already put it very nicely back in the box, and by the time I had a chance to hit 'send', I'd received a notice from shipping that they'd already sent me a new shower head. It was touch and go for a minute in regards to my opinion of efaucets, but ultimately they rose to the occasion of good customer service.
    When I received the faucet the Kohler seal was broken. I checked everything out and thought everything was there. Only at the LAST STEP of installation did i realize what the person who prob returned it had kept - a tiny but crucial part that connects the hose to the supply. I did not knowingly buy and open box product, and my faucet was missing a CRITICAL part. I now had no working kitchen sink. I called eFaucets to ask for help. The person on the phone at efaucets (I had to pick a name to get to this part, I do not know who it was) transferred me to Kohler's worthless phone system that ultimately hung up on me without ever speaking to a human. I ended up spending half a day driving around various local places and no one had the part. I ordered it from Kohler and had to pay $20 for overnight shipping on a $1.00 piece of plastic just to have a working sink. Based on the broken seal on the Kohler box and the missing part, I can only imagine that some other customer took out the part and returned the faucet, but no one at eFaucets bothered to check it out before selling it to me. I'm very very unhappy.
    Your website is easy to navigate and informative with the level of details and spec sheets for the product readily available. The primary reason for ordering from your site is due to the fact that your product is Made in USA versus Mexico or Brazil, as I've seen the products that come out of the Mexico & Brazil plants, and they are not as good of quality as those Made in USA. It's also nice to be able to have email conversations with Sales people to address specific questions (like confirming the information on your website is accurately reflected). Thanks for a positive shopping experience, Mary! We have saved eFaucets in our Bookmarks and will be back to shop for additional items as our remodeling efforts progress.
    Received two defective toilets and third replacement one received was broken in shipping. 5 weeks after my first order finally received a toilet that was acceptable. I appreciate the all efforts to make this right but the first two toilets looked like returns from a building site as they had a lot of saw dust in the bowels.

    Mary provided sales assistance & customer service above & beyond to help me find a toilet that met my exacting requirements. After several days searching all over the Internet for a toilet, exhausted and confused, I phoned eFaucets.com and Mary answered. I told her my preferences & necessary specifications; it took her less than 3 minutes to locate two excellent possibilities. Next, I asked for advice on toilet seats; again, Mary to the rescue.     I ordered on line and didn't have contact with a service representative. This form would not allow me to continue until I selected one of the names. I received my parts and they fit/work properly. Thank you.
    It was almost two years since we purchased our sink. The sink didn't hold up like it should and when we wrote eFaucets for the original invoice(since we couldn't find the original) so that we could contact the manufacturer they told us that they would initiate and handle a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised. I am very thankful and would be pleased to tell others about our experience. Thanks again.
