Terrible customer service and even worse flower arrangement. They sent flowers that looked like they were thrown together by a five year old. When I called customer service, they gave me a scripted "we could care less" response and told me they can't do anything since it was more than seven days since I made the purchase. I will never order through this company again and suggest no one else does unless you want to waste $60-$90.Placed the order 2 weeks ago to be delivered today. No transit info no tracking info. Called customer service no help. Said could not reach the florist and had no other info. Waited a couple hours, checked again on site no updates. Tried to call again and no answer no voice mail just a recording and hang up. Horrible. Ruined a 50th birthday gift for my best friend. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.My order arrived at 10 p. M was wrong with a hand written card that looks like a 4 yr old wrote it. I've been trying to get in contact with a supervisor but they're somehow always occupied with other calls. I ordered an arrangement with white lilies and roses for my aunt whom was grieving the lost her mother however this is what was delivered. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU SHOULD TAKE PRIDE IN THE SERVICE YOU CHARGE TO PROVIDE!Purchased a "deluxe" arrangement for $70 plus delivery for my mother. She sent me a picture and I was horrified at the arrangement. Had been delivered by a small grocery store located in a rural area, the flowers were stuffed into a glass vase that was only 2" wide with no greenery. Just your basic grocery store flowers. Have tried to complain to them about it but have never received a response.Sent flowers to my daughter. They were finally delivered one full day late. Could get no answers from them as to why or when they might be delivered. When she sent me a pic of the flowers I was shocked. This pitiful arrangement looked nothing like the flowers I picked out from their site. Such a rip-off. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.I spent $57.00 for a bouquet that should have been as pictured on their web page and not the kind I could have purchased at Walmart for $4.97 that would have looked better. I was pissed when I got a look at what they had the nerve to send to my Sister on her Birthday not to mention how bad it may have made me look. I have now learned that I should have seen the reviews before I ordered from this joke of a florist and wont make the same mistake again and will do all I can to make sure others dont use them either.I ordered the purple orchids for my mother for Mother's Day. What arrived was an absolute embarrassment. We paid (with shipping) $87 and the flowers looked like I could have picked them up at the local grocery store for $20. Pictures attached show what she received (2 pics) vs what I ordered.Two out of three flower arrangements were not as ordered. A cheaper version of each arrangement was delivered. Very poor quality. My wife did not received her premium box chocolates. What a rip off! Poor customer service on the west coast (5 pm eastern there customer service call center closes)! You cannot talk to a live person to correct your order! You are better off with FTD or 1800Flowers. A little more expensive, however, you get what you order and if you don't you can speak to a live person to get it fixed on the west coast!This company is a scam… cost me $90.00. How the scam works is they show you nice floral arrangements upsell you for some balloons etc. then once you make payment you can no longer reach them by phone. I think what they do is monitor caller ID for existing orders they just simply avoid the call - directing you back to typing up your complaint. This complaint is then never responded to. It's a great little scam because most people will just give up for $50-$100 that they spend on flowers. It becomes a civil matter at that point and the cost of a lawsuit is more than the money lost.Flowers were not delivered on time. Called to cancel then they offered to try again. Never delivered again. Finally canceled my order and flowers showed up 7 days later after I canceled my order and was told I would get not get a refund. I had already sent flowers from another company at this point. They refused to credit my account because they went ahead and sent flowers. Cadim the supervisor accused me of lying and trying to scam florists.comI ordered a $49.99 bouquet. Not only did it not arrive on the day ordered (and in advance), they were so sparse. Barely $15 worth of flowers. Costco has better bouquets for $15! I will never use them again. I made a very poor choice2 stars because they did refund my shipping costs as the sympathy bouquet was not delivered on the correct day- so kudos for that however, the arrangement was quite disappointing when it finally did arrive- I could have made a better bouquet myself- for $64 I expected more- will not be using againWish there was the opportunity to give a negative number. I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service or response time. They quickly charged my card and that was as far as it went. I called the day after it was to be delivered and they said they could get something else out earlier. Didn't know Marty McFly was now doing floral deliveries. Now trying to send another arrangement but they wouldn't charge me a delivery fee. Horrible! Only used them thru Rakuten. Will be letting Rakuten know about this as wellI ordered flowers for a Funeral & delivery was to be the same day 10/6. It is now 10/12 and no flowers & everytime I called or emailed them I was lied to! This was for a family funeral and I am truly embarrassed. During one phone conversation, which I initiated, they said that they spoke to the local florist and they were waiting for a delivery of fresh flowers. I then contacted them again today & they said they had no local florist in that area. How is that possible? Which one is the lie?I ordered flowers. Checked the website all day. Never moved from your order has been received. Contacted customer service which replied your order was delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM which is strange because I placed my order at 10:24 AM, the florists in the area OPEN at 9:00 AM. Flowers have never arrived and we are on Day 2. Wish I read the reviews. I think they are a scam.I spent nearly $70 to send flowers to my friend and she did not receive them. When I contacted customer service, all they did was tell me that there records show the flowers were delivered. They have not offered a solution or any additional information. I have no idea who allegedly received the flowers but I'm upset they did not offer a refund or even the option to deliver more flowers. Now, when I call the 800 number on the florists.com website, I reach 1-800-FLOWERS, who claims to have no record of the order and no affiliation with florists.com. Major fraud.Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. The email confirmation, had a wrong city so I called to correct and see when they would be delivered. The woman just kept repeating what was clearly in her script. She claimed to have called the local florist (told me it was against their policy to tell me who it was) and said she couldn't reach them. Complained on FB and received a response asking for more information. Responded, never heard. Called back at 3:00 CST, office was closed. Flowers never arrived, I will make sure I post wherever I can about this companyI ordered flower end of feb for girlfriend to be delivered march 1 she never got them called they said they would resend it's now march 8 still waiting won't be using them againOrdered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home. I thought it was odd that no time for delivery was requested while ordering. Services were 10-1 today. Flowers were not delivered! Reached out to customer service and they said I didn't put a time and they would deliver now. It's too late. Not only is there no drop down menu for time choices but there is no special instructions box to type into! Terrible company. I will pay more to order from a local and reputable company next time. (Not that the arrangement was cheap to begin with).I have tried to rectify my gripe with my order for "premium flowers" for my Mom's birthday on Sept 22nd. I paid $79 for a designers choice premium arrangement and received carnations, daises and filler. The worst part is they didn't deliver it all day... i sent an email requesting that they cancel the order because it was 9pm and we did not hear anything from them, did not receive the flowers and did not want them for the next day. At 10pm to a senior citizens residence. Unacceptable. Then they had the audacity to declare it legit and the sad looking street vendor bouquet worthy to be considered premium. SCAMMERS! The rep's info that responded was Larissa of the Customer Happiness Team *******478. When i called this number i was on hold indefinitely... all agents are busy and it hangs up as you await the next available agent.Extremely disappointed in two bouquets I ordered for my cousins' birthday. The bouquets looked nothing like the beautiful, full bouquets that I ordered. It's an embarrassment and a rip off.I ordered these flowers ($39.99) from Florist.com and they were absolutely the cheapest and ugliest flowers I have EVER seen! In addition, they were wilted. Their customer service people said they were just buds that would bloom in 4-5 days and the flowers would magically transform into a beautiful arrangement. I will never... ever order anything from this place again and unless you want to throw away your $$$ and be totally embarrassed by whoever you are sending the flowers to I would highly encourage you to buy from a reputable florist.
