    Bought part for clothes washer, canceled 20 minutes later ordering after finding other parts that made this washer junk, took it to the dump. After calling sears parts direct asking where's my refund? She says they issued a refund, sent a email saying refund was for $10 less than what I paid, still no refund 8 days later. Why refund me less than what I paid? Looking bad for SParts Direct! Since it went out of business now wondering if it's resembles a black hole?
    Bought a washer handle, july 06, paid extra to have it in 2-3 days. No emails or anything, part never comes. I call back week later... they said it will be there in 2-3 days... im busy in another job for 2 weeks, come back, still not here, call again, they said it will ship in a week! No it wont... canceled my order. Some guy in India, looking at a screen that some loser in the states just puts random updates on... customer gets nothing
    Poor Customer relations. Ordered parts for a craftsman chainsaw on 9-23-14. Received 2 of the 3 items. The backordered part was never given an expected delivery date. It is now November. Sears parts direct website says that they will respond to emails in 15 minutes I sent them 4 emails in October and I'm still waiting for a response to my emails. I will never buy parts or power tools from sears... ever. Sears gets its power tools made from other companies. I recommend buying from the company making the tool not from sears, they are just a POOR middleman.
    I ordered a part for my freezer, said in stock, 2 days later still not shipped, but when I call they NOW say it's back-ordered WTF? There are plenty of reasons that others say to NOT order from here... I ignored that and regret it now... So now after waiting for the part to ship and FINALLY calling to inquire, since they NEVER told me it was back-ordered, I've still got a freezer that's broken and no part to fix it... UPDATE: They still sent me the part and then wanted me to pay for the initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping... ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS? I had used PayPal to make the payment on the purchase, and FINALLY was able to get the FULL refund for something that was cancelled BEFORE it was back in stock and shipped out (they disputed it)... THANK YOU PayPal, forget you Sears PartsDirect!
    No way this is a legit Sears site. 20 days and finally got refunded. Stay away. Order went from pending, to ordered, back to pending. 9 days passed I called to cancel the order. You cannot understand the people on the phone. Thought it was cancelled, another 7 days passed and it went from pending back to ordered. I called again to cancel and this rep finally got it done…. 20 days later. They don't stock parts, they order them from other outlets. Stay away. Scam all day.
    Ordered two parts for my Kenmore Range Hood in early March. After two months of "status incomplete", I called them and asked for a status. I got a heavily accented Hispanic lady who could no tell me when I might get the parts if at all. At least that is what I think she said. I asked for a refund. She said that would refund parts cost but not the shipping? I decided to cut my losses and accept it. Sears is history, done, kaput. Buy elsewhere.
    Even if website show part in Stock' it does not mean Search have it. In 2 weeks you will get an email oops, we do not have it. Just for fun today I get an e mail "The item(s) for order W172964 is(are) currently unavailable, and we have issued your credit for your order. Timing of credits posted to your account may differ depending on your Financial Institution. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you shop again with us soon. Your Sears PartsDirect Team But if you will check website it still show in Stock'
    Horrible customer service, on the phone for over two hours because I kept getting transferred to the wrong department. All I wanted to do was cancel the order that Sears said was already cancelled. Impossible to get a straight answer, two weeks later I'm still waiting for the return label and half the order still says in process, but hey they cant cancel it. Worst company to work with, never purchase sears again!
    Bought a Sears band saw about 8 years ago. One of the four blade guides' threaded aluminum barrels stripped out (probably poorly tapped) which rendered the saw useless. Sears Parts said the barrel was unavailable (obsolete). I have machining experience so I turned the barrel 90 degrees and drilled and tapped it with a 10-32 tap which worked fine. But the average consumer would be out of a saw.
    This place sucks. This is the 2nd time they did the same thing to me. Refrigerator not working, ordered a new board that said "IN STOCK" then get an email 5 DAYS LATER stating, "Due to a change in the product availability, the item(s) for order W533715 is(are) temporarily delayed. As soon as we have the estimated ship date, we'll provide it to you. You can track your order at any time online here. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause". Only reason I used them a second time was because their price was about $20 less than repairclinic.com. Skip the headaches and don't use sears.
    My 5 year old Kenmore water heater went out. It is the gas valve. My plumber placed the order on Monday it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. After speaking with 4 customer service reps, it has never shopped and they don't know when it will. After being without hot water for a week I ordered another water heater and it us not a Kenmore. No wonder your business is failing you suck.
    What an abomination this so called site and company are! I ordered a control board for an oven and was given a delivery date. The date turned into "back ordered" for sometime in mid July. I spoke with an off shore person who assured me that she had cancelled my request. It has not cancelled nor has my $173 been refunded. Since Monday they claim their systems are down and to call back tomorrow! Don't go near them for a part, it's a scam
    Going on over 2 months for a part that's had 7 shipping delays and never once did Sears try to do something to fix or offset the lack of service. The best answer I got was from an online chat manager who said they would cancel the order. After 2 months gone, no over for Thanksgiving and not one care about the fact they cant be trusted to give real answers. And when I said that they have the part listing on the website with nice green letters saying In Stock, knowing that's not correct, they said they would take make feedback. Stay away from the site, don't trust them, look anyplace else, and stop giving them money for such sad service.
    They are not as cheap as some internet only market grabbers but for an internet and brick& mortar business they usually have the part in stock, ship in a timely manner and stand behind your order.
    Site says product in stock but after receiving payment it's suddenly on back order. ETA is a month after purchase. Refuses to refund shipping charges. I have transcript of them admitting fault. Will be reporting to BBB.
    Sears PartsDirect has the worst customer service of any online company. After sending the wrong part when they were even given the correct part number, it took three attempts to get the wrong item returned and credited to my account. Then they did not credit me the full amount of purchase price and freight as they promised. Not only is their service non-existent, they have no integrity and do not keep their word.
    First, they sent me 2 even though I asked for 1, fine, I got the first one and turns out they never applied SYW rewards or anything, I called back and they said it will be adjusted later. I don't buy this but hey at least I got my filters, then I received my next subscription on time, no problem there, but suddenly 3rd one is charged but not shipped, I figured no problem and just wait. But now they charged me for "backorder" product, and taking over 1 week to refund, still no refund. I called "systems are down".
    I made a purchase a part in Feb of 2021 and the part never ship until late August. The part was "in stock" when I ordered it but went to "back order" status 2 weeks later. I didn't think much of it because normally, legit sites would only charge when the order was shipped. Not with this site. They charged immediately and unknown to me. The part arrived in August after I called them in May to cancel the order (have phone records to prove) and I purchased a new oven instead. Now the part is here but I can't return it nor can I dispute the charge because it's past 6 months. WHAT A SCAM!
    Title say it all. My item was supposed to be in stock and ship within 5 days. Instead, immediately after ordering, they gave me a ship date that was 3 weeks out. 1 week later, they moved my order to "backlogged" and no longer provide an ETA. There is no way to cancel this order... so now i have to either wait indefinite amount of time, or risk buying elsewhere and not knowing if I will ever get my refund.
    I ordered the wrong part for an older Sears Kenmore refrigerator and needed to return it. The recorded directions were short and simple. My call was answered immediately by an efficient young man who helped me fim=nd my model number and helped me order the correct drawer. He then connected connected me with a young lady in the returns department who, within a few minutes, facilitated an easy return process. It has been a long time since I've had such a short, effective phone contact with a company. Congratulations on a job well done!
    I ordered a part from sears direct on January 24th, the website said it was in stock and would be at my house in 3 to 5 days. 8 days later the status shows back ordered. At the time of ordering the part it was in stock and now its not even showing an estimated delivery date. I called customer service and spoke to a lady who barely spoke English and had no idea what was going on and told me that the manufacturer would email me an update. It's been 3 days still no update no part and no clean clothes due to my broken dryer... thanks Sears
    I learned the hard way that Sears partsdirect falsely lists parts as "in stock" when, in fact, all they do is order the part from the manufacturer when you place your order. However, they will continue to assure you that your part is in stock while they string you along for an indefinite period of time while they try to obtain it. I was lucky enough to get someone on chat that explained their scam in detail. So, they are more expensive than most sites and completely unreliable. STAY AWAY!
    Agents namely Isabella and supervisors namely Cohen lied to me about expedited shipping for a washer part I needed ASAP started this ordeal with sears on 3/1/2022 it is now 3/12/2022 and I still do not have my part or shipping conformation and a family of 4 without a washing machine I warn all do not order through searspartsdirect under any circumstances you will be severely let down at all levels and I am going to try to get to the highest level possible with this matter
    I placed my order in March. Months of waiting to get a "backordered" email 7/28. Cancelled my entire order 7/28.7/30 they ship 1 of 3 parts ANYWAY. Called for a return label. Return delivered 8/4, as of today 8/18, no refund. They did refund the other 2 parts tho... but I'm still receiving backorder emails about these CANCELLED and REFUNDED parts. Call center is located in the Philippines..
    Needed some parts for my lawn tractor attachment. Good parts breakdown diagram was very helpful. Prices were fair and shipping was fast. Thats all I ask for.
