    Rubbish company ordered two scooters, got one delivered, that's when issues started out of stock for the second one, was told the next week, that week arrived nothing, told a week later, still nothing, now have been told another week. So no contacting my bank and paypal to get my money back. Awful company to deal with lies after lies. Will also be contacting trading standard's regarding this fiasco.
    Geekbuying.com are a scam company. I bought a treadmill for almost €400. It is faulty, they have kept me waiting for weeks, are ignoring my emails and now I am a lot of money down with a massive faulty item in my house. AVOID, AVOID AVOID. It appears they sell faulty products and do not give refunds. Devastated. Any advice from people in a similar situation on how to get my money back?
    Ordered a pair of headphones. I have issues with the product. Tried contacting them via email... nothing, asking questions... nothing. Even the damn rating system is made to fit only them. I placed an objective 1 star review 2 weeks ago. I described in detail what are the problems but I still have no answer and the review was not published. Of course adding another review is not possible because the systems won't allow it. Keep away from these scammers. They allow only positive feedback on their products and no support is available in case of a problem. LE: The seller returned the value of the item.
    I spent over $150 on this order that was shipped two months ago but now shows as lost. I've ordered from them before but will never do it again. The refuse to send a replacement or refund my money. My credit card company reject my dispute before this is a Chinese company. The customer service was very rude despite the fact the me and my friends were looking to order a lot more stuff. Stay far away from these evil thieves.
    Don't buy from them, they don't have items in stock and lie about shipping time, they even provide you with a dummy tracking number if they need to gain sometime while they figure out where to get the items from. In my case after a month I'm still chasing them to get the item I paid for, good thing I used PayPal so can file a claim against them. This is a very dishonest company, avoid at all costs.
    Absolute nightmare dealing with Geekbuying with a faulty laptop. Order a laptop from them in February. Couple of months later the laptop display started to become corrupted. Contacted Geekbuying support who claimed a faulty motherboard was not covered by their "warranty". Offered €50 towards me getting it repaired myself, which is laughable for repair of a motherboard. After quoting consumer law to them, they then insisted I had to ship the laptop to China at my own expense, even though it was originally sent from one of their European warehouses I sent the laptop back to them and can see from An Post and China Post that the item is waiting for them to contact customs, but Geekbuying are claiming customs don't have the item. Avoid these guys at all costs, terrible to deal with when things go wrong. Their tactic seems to delay delay delay until their "guarantee" expires after 1 year from when the goods were received.

    I recently bought a gaming mouse (Razer Viper mini) from Geekbuying website and their service was very much satisfactory. They answered to my queries very quickly and I received my product on time (as I was promised). The price was way cheaper than any other online store in my country (India). I got the product at 50% less price. The product is also very good. They had nice packaging to protect the item from getting damage during transport. Looking forward to shop more from Geekbuying.com.
    I don't normally write reviews but this one was too much. geekbuying.com sent me a defective item. I wrote them to let them know it was defective and included pictures and video. Although their return policy indicates that the consumer will only pay for shipping if the return was their fault, they were unwilling to provide the full refund for the defective item until i returned the item to china (which cost more than the item itself). I finally needed to file a fraud dispute with my credit card company so that I could get a refund for the defective item.
    I HAVE PURCHASED FIIDO D2S FROM THEM. FROM THE BEGINNING THE BIKE HAD ISSUES WITH BREAKS AND IN LESS THAN A YEAR THE FRAME OF THIS BIKE COMPLETELY SNAPPED. THIS BIKE IS A DEATH TRAP. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND TOTALLY IGNORE ME WHEN I TRY TO TALK TO THEM ON A LIVE CHAT. AS SOON AS I GIVE THEM THE ORDER NUMBER THEY DISAPPEAR. FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ZERO STARTS IF I COULD. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
    Device that was purchased is incapable of performing the task it was purchased for (Specifically: Watching 'catch-up' TV) Despite making it very clear on a number of occasions that I wanted to return this product, Geekbuying insisted that I do time consuming 'updates' on the product, which made no difference at all. Geekbuying did everything they could to discourage the return of the item, eventually offering roughly half the purchase price as a 'go away' payment. Out of shear frustration, it was accepted. I absolutely do NOT recommend Geekbuying and will not be using them again.
    Terrible experience. Took months to deliver and then the item is faulty. Now they insist I pay to return it! Awful customer experience and never ever again.
    I purchased an e-bike from them that was defective. It took a while, but with the help of PayPal I was able to get a refund. However a) it cost me 130 euros to ship the bike back and b) i posted a 1 star review about the bike (a Fiido D11) a month ago which has not yet appeared on their website. I tried to go back and post another review, but the site tells me I have already commented and cannot comment again. So, they are just not posting my 1 star review. So, beware of this bike and the honesty of their reviews...
    The worst online shopping experience ever! I bought Robotic Vacuum Cleaner iiutec (R-Cruiser). It stopped working during the first year, while still on warranty. I contacted Geekbuying and they advised me to ship the vacuum cleaner to them for repairs. I paid $56 postage from Australia. Had to remind them I exist a couple of times. Then, 6 weeks after, they wrote that I have to pay additional $24 for Customs clearance. This would be $80 out of pocket for the faulty product still on warranty! Another 2 weeks of correspondence and, surprise-surprise, they write that the warranty period has ended. Bad product, poor customer handling, fishy company.
    Buying from a different country you would expect difficulties. However from purchase to delivery here in the UK from China, was very good. The only issue was the length of delivery time, but this was well supported by the tracking system. Very pleased with the outcome of this purchase
    The worst electronics store. Slow shipments, open packages, broken boxes, flawed products, illegal assistance. Do not trust absolutely because there are considerable possibilities of throwing money away
    I purchase Item from Geekbuying and it never came; even though they took my payment. You better check this site and or move to a more trust site... Stay Away.
    I spent £380 on a electric bike that turned up damaged I've tried to resolve the problem with geek but there not responding the live chat are very unhelpful and the after care too. Stay well clear from there site.
    Horrible company. Sold me a defective drone for $243 and refused to compensate me for my loss. Buyer beware! Buy AMERICAN. China SUCKS.
    Lies about shipping the item 3 weeks now and still no product do not trust this site have contacted several times and get the same old story telling us it has shipped but on checking tracking number no movement whatsoever
    Excellent costumer service, quick response to my question, doubts. I've bought with them for a couple of times. The last I didn't expect to get extra charges cause the address apparently the DHL is not likely to go to that area and asked for a refund and they gave it. It is not reflected on my bank account yet but. I have investigated and apparently is more of a bank issue and not a geekbuying.
    Ordered Xaomi mini pad paid extra on 25/4/2020 for 3-5 days delivery, still waiting, gave me DHL tracking number, but DHL do not have it, cannot get an answer fro Geekbuying
    They will not respond. It takes weeks to resolve simple issues. And they buy 5star reviews by offering a 5% off coupon

    Geekbuying.com from my experience has been great over all, iv purchased 2 E bikes shipped to Ireland no problems took 7 days and bike running perfect to this day its about 3 months old still perfect. So i decided to buy another on more expensive and the support was great when i changed my product and they refunded me the difference in price no hassle i recommend using PAYPAL for transaction and great communication from ticket support second bike arrived about 6 days after order perfect condition and i saved money so all round happy :)
