    I ordered 3 pairs of vans for my son on May 28, it is now June 8 and they made a tracking number but that was all they did, all it says is when the carrier get them which is UPS they haven't even received my items so which means foot locker never sent them out. The customer service number doesn't work you can't get through to anyone to even get a refund. They will never get my money again boycott them.
    The staff were kind and very helpfull. They make you smile no matter what mood you're in. Ryan, one of the staff members at braehead shopping centre, kids footlocker, was very easy to make conversation with.
    They took my money. Did not give me a tracking number. It's been 8 days since I ordered my sons shoes. I've tried to chat. Website didn't work. I emailed them. No response. Their phone number is no where on the website. I did a google search and found it. I've bn on hold for 10 minutes and I'm still listening to a recording. I will never order from this place again. I'll stick to finish line. I've never had any problems with them.
    I felt like this was a legit company that everyone has heard of and had no fears about ordering from them, even during COVID. I ordered shoes, got the wrong size, and returned them with insured and tracked package. After three weeks, I was never refunded and cannot get anyone to answer on phone or email. Basically, it seems they stole my money like so many other people's. Wish I had seen these reviews before I lost $130.
    I ordered my shoes on the 4th. For the first 4 or 5 days I did not hear anything from them, so I decided to reach out to them through email because this was the only way to contact them concerning this matter. They soon send me an email assuring they have processed my order and even put on my online account with them that my order had been closed but fully shipped what the hell do that suppose to mean. Here it is 2 weeks later and I have no tracking number, no one is responding to my emails, and my bank account is still 130 bucks short.
    I tried to order my son some shoes and after paying, I received an email confirming the transaction. Never received shipping confirmation, rather received a message stating its "taking longer than usual" and they are "trying to locate my item"... BS! Link to check order status on their website does not work and the phone number simply states to to to their website. No way to find out what's happening. My only option was to cancel the payment.
    Bought my son a pair of converse in February for his birthday which was last weekend. Unfortunately kids grow like weeds and the shoes were too small. I tried to complete an exchange online and was told to contact customer service because it had been more than 45 days. I call customer service and the rep was extremely rude she put me on hold forever just to come back and tell me there is nothing she could do. I'm not asking for a refund all I wanted was to exchange the shoes for a pair my son can actually wear. They are brand new only been out of the box once when my son tried them on. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place and the one time I need to exchange something they won't help. So now they get to keep my money and I have shoes that my son can't wear. I could truly understand if he had tried them on back in February but they were a BIRTHDAY GIFT. Horrible customer service and no compassion for the people who keep you in business. I will never spend another dime at foot locker or kids foot locker because apparently they don't care about their customers.
    I ordered some shoes but had to return them because of the way they fit my son's feet. I didn't get a real receipt so I'm not able to return them they don't even send return labels like most companies I dealt with Customer service is the worst and absolutely no help. Stay far away from this company.
    I was sent the wrong color and 3 sizes bigger for my sons shoes. Still have not received my refund smh. It has now been more then a month and I've contacted them on all social media platforms and no reply. I'm PASSED pissed.
    I find deals for my kids' shoes here. I usually look online first to see if they have anything cheap and then I go to the store so the kids can try them on. For the last 4 pairs of shoes I've bought for the kids they have been from Kid's Footlocker.
    I got my shoes in 4 days and there was no problems with the shoes or shipping. It's all bad reviews on here but mines came in good condition and fast.
    I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong pair. I've been trying to get in contact with them for five days and they aren't answering my emails or phone calls. I will never order from here again. I am very frustrated and do not recommend buying from Kids Foot Locker.
    We ordered a pair of Jordan 1s for our son and he was super excited for them to get here. Instead of his shoes, they sent us a pair of girls converse. When I called to see how I can get the shoes I ordered and return the converse, they told me they were completely out of stock of the shoes we ordered. So they just took the money and sent any pair of shoes? Very ridiculous and disappointing.
    Do not order from them they take your money give you a fake tracking number and then never answer emails and now their phones are disconnected!
    I placed my order this weekend and I got the notification that my order shipped—the tracking number just says that "tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the facility". First red flag. Second, these reviews! So I dug a little deeper, and seen that the logo on the kids footlocker.com website is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the actual Kids Foot Locker! I'm so bummed, and hope I get my right shoes, in the correct size, without any problems. But all in all, I've determined that the website is totally NOT legit. See the screen shots below of the kids footlocker website in comparison to their social media page and the "Kid's Section" on the Footlocker website—two completely different logos!
    I placed an order online for my daughter on June 30th. I waited 5 days for the order to process & leave the distribution center. Then I wait 6 business days to receive my order. Once I received my order it was the wrong size. I tried to contact customer service for a refund on my shipping because it was around $10 for shipping. No one has contacted me back via email or social media. I returned my item in store & was told I wasn't able to get rush shipping on the correct size even though it was foot locker's fault.

    I placed an order over three weeks ago for ma son's birthday and still have not received my stuff and the party is today. This is unexceptionable and ridiculous.
    I placed an order with Kids Footlocker FLX online I placed the order on the 15th was told the pair of shoes would ship out in 5-6 days. I also verified the item was in stock. I received an email confirmation of my order also. I last checked my order at 9pm lastnight it still said it was processing but they did not show any shipping information as of yet. I figured I'd check today that it should be shipping today. When I went into my account my order had been cancelled without notifying me. This completely unacceptable. I called customer service after a lengthy wait I get a young lady named Yania she said well we no longer have those shoes in stock. I said okay then if you had the item as of lastnight are you telling me just because we place an order online there's no guarantee you won't give our item to someone else. This is horrible service she said well what do you want me to say we don't have anymore. No apology nothing these shoes were part of a Birthday gift... I do so much online shopping especially since Covid-19 but I will not shop with Kids Footlocker FLX again.
    I made a purchase on 11/7/20 only to be told at 5:40am via email today that the item was sold out. Upset about my order I go back to their website this morning and was allowed yet again to add the exact same item that I was told was sold out back into my shopping cart along with the item showing available in another size. This is not only false advertising but very poor customer service. I was suppose to receive a call back to complete a survey about my experience that I have yet to receive as well. I will be checking my account to make sure the money was debited back to my account due to the fact that I was initially told by one customer service representative that my account would be refunded in 5-7 business days only to be told by a supervisor named Gregory Baez that my account was never debited. ALL BUYERS BEWARE! I am aware that things are different due to Covid19 however business practices and customer service should be the main priority ESPECIALLY now in these trying times
    Ordered shoes never go them contacted Kids Foot Locker they were really rude. They told me on their end could see that shoes were delivered. Did not refund or send out a shoe!
    I was told to hold for 30 minutes then a staff member answered my call, and did not get any information to solve my issue and said to stay on hold while they look further into it. Then they never came back and I sat on hold for an hour. Kids footlocker has $#*!ty service
    I absolutely hate these websites y'all stay false advertising it's either y'all have the shoes or y'all don't then when we get on the app early enough to purchase we have to wait in a line on a website is totally bazaar Just delete the entire website already
    I placed my order of a Friday using the promo code on the site for 25% off the coupon was accepted the cost went down to $111 so I placed the order shorty after I got an alert for the purchase from my bank and the amount of $148 so I immediately called their customer service to be told once you get your tracking number call us back and we will give you the difference cool inconvenient but OK. I call back on sat with the tracking number to be told that I needed to give it another day before they can process the refund so please call back on Sunday or Monday. I waited until Monday called again only to be told that I need to wait until ups actually pick up the item before this refund can be processed. 3 different calls since my purchase date and still haven't been able to get the refund processed. Due to covid 19 the call time wait time is 50 to 60 minute wait. Error on your behalf should not be this inconvenient for the customer. Damn
    Ordered shoes on July 1st 2020. I received an email July 5,2020 stating my order was processed and that my shoes were on their way to ups to be shipped and a tracking number. I looked up tracking number and it states shoes were never dropped off by Footlocker. I was supposed to have received my shoes today July. 9 2020 but the shipping information has not been updated they never have ups my shoes. Only emailed me a bogus tracking number! I emailed them but have gotten NO REPLY! Give me my $90 back! Footlocker.com! Now is not the time to be ripping people off for their hard earned money! Especially while the whole world is in a darn pandemic! I will be reporting to the BBB and everywhere until I get my money back!
