    We booked a flight with JustFly to euro 5 tickets with insurence.On the way back we were late on flight form JFK to Buffalo, not our fault they were only 2 passports control window opened, and too many people with small children, we also have 3 of them and no one care about that. They paged us and one worker come to look for us but no one want let's us go.The plane left before 5 min we came.So the other one was scheduled in 8 hr.We rent a car and went home. Calling then 2 monts they refused to return money.
    I have tried for over a month to speak to a Jet Blue customer care, I sometimes wait on hold for an hour or more and always end up hanging up to call another day. Finally I got a hold of a representative who had me on the phone for about 40 minutes explaining rules etc, and then told me I didn't qualify for a refund. If things go back to normal, I don't think I will ever fly Jet Blue ever again. After what is going on you would think that they would refund a cancelled ticket, especially since so many people have lost jobs and money is hard to come by. Goodbye Jet Blue
    I booked my very first flight ever via Airline ticket world and since then it has become my go-to travel destination.     I travel often in this airline and services before boarding and ending of the trip it is always a pleasure. Attendance staff care all the time of your necessities and if you want more snacks or drinks they are more happy to give you more.
    There was an error in the assignment of frequent flyer miles. I tried to use chat, but they told me to call after waiting in chat for 40 minutes. On calling, the wait time was over 300 hours (no joke), with no option to get a call back (there used to be that option). So basically, there isn't any real customer service.
    Jet Blue is a great discount airline. Their affordable flights are great to get you where you want to go at an affordable price. Bring your own earphones and you can watch tv or listen to the radio while in flight. Seats are cozy but comfortable. Air attendants are warm and kind. An inflight soda and snack are free.
    This is my favorite airline. The seats are comfortable and I absolutely love the blue chips! The 5 stars are for the blue chips. Con: it got a little more expensive and they don't really include any baggage in the bare fare any longer.
    I'm traveling for 25 years usually l never had problem, but the last one, l'm traveling with JetBlue and l can't believe how rude are this people even on the phone, l'm definitely very very disappointed.
    Tried cancelling a flight JB booked on my behalf when they cancelled my flight (thanks for the less than 24 hour notice on that one too!). Went to Website to cancel the new booking they made as it was at a different airport. Clicked" Manage Flight"... and got no response. Tried a few more times and nothing. Called 1-800 number. It said go to the website. Hmmm? Website doesn't work? Stayed on the line. They were nice enough to say I'd have 150 minute wait to talk to operator/agent. Time for new CIO and CEO! Oh by the way the wait music selection just adds to the stress and frustration. I wonder when it was that last time the CEO actually tried to use his/her system himself like a typical customer?
    We recently flew "business" class and I say that with a laugh. From White Plains, NY to St. Petersberg, FL - RT. We were surprised to find out that a free bag of chips and a soft drink constituted the nourishment for the entire flight. If you want to see the videos expect to have to buy the headdset. You are cold- need a pillow or blanket- sorry they are for sale now! On our return the weatherman projected that there "may" be snow, so our flight was cancelled. We were not notified. Another passenter in the waiting room noticed us and told us. Once we went up to the counter we had to try to reschedule ourselvesright away because even thought it was 9pm these days the airline would not put us up at a hotel over night!
    As a bit of background, I made a round trip reservation to attend my nephew's wedding in NYC for April 4. As we all know the nation is suffering the devastation of the Coronavirus pandemic. JetBlue advertises no cancelation fees, etc. due to this. That's a lie! After spending a considerable amount of time waiting to speak with a representative I was informed that is not the case - I would be receiving a credit that needed to be used within 1 year. My nephew will have a difficult time doing this in that time frame - Church, reception hall, countless other weddings in the same situation. I'm a retired investment banker and have been through the bailout process before. If you look at the balance sheet/income statement of JetBlue it's clear they will be bankrupt by the end of May, (not the only airline by the way). So it's either 2 solutions - 1) JetBlue goes bankrupt, no credit. 2) Taxpayer bailout while you screw the taxpayer by lying about refunds. The fact that they would due this to a senior citizen is a direct reflection on the character of the airline. Shameless! I asked Emily, (JetBlue representative), if she would treat her Grandfather the same way - Yes was the answer. This is what you get from JetBlue, but they'll be happy when they receive their government bailout. I would gladly see my credit go down the tubes as long as JetBlue did too. My intention is to NEVER fly JetBlue again and I warn you to do the same.
    First of all the performance of this website is horrible. It takes a long time to navigate from page to page. Eventually I got to where I needed to be (Manage Your Trips) and it let me check in, but would not let me print my boarding passes because it said I needed to update the passenger details. So, fine, another long wait to load that page, then I entered all the required information. But no, it won't save it because of "Invalid Date of Birth". Only one problem... date of birth is not on that page at all. Chatted with customer service who told me that they fixed it for me and entered my date of birth. No, not fixed. Also noticed my ticket purchase price was showing doubled on the page. Response to all this from the customer service agent? "Sorry, sometimes that happens". Get with it JetBlue.
    I place them just behind Southwest so they are #2. My problem is they do not fly where I go to most of the time.
    So my flight was delayed 3 hours. When it finally boarded, all I asked attendant DEVIN was what drinks would be compted. She started yelling at me telling me I was being ignorant and loud and using profanity Completely untrue. I boarded that plane with my headphones on. Even the woman next to me was surprise and upset for me So DEVIN called the cops when we landed. They did nothing, because she's a liar. Jet Blue, you need to fire this rude attendant asap. I would like an apology from her
    JetBlue provides first-rate service, particularly for travelers like me with disabilities, on my frequent flights in and out of Boston. It stands in sharp contrast to other US airlines, most of which are abysmal.
    If I could I would give Jet Blue negative 5 stars. My wife and I were flying Jet Blue for the first time on our honeymoon trip. It was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with an airline. We were traveling to Thailand using 3 different carriers. We were using Jet Blue on the first leg of the flight from New Orleans to JFK and connecting at JFK with a Cathay Pacific flight to take us to Hong Kong. Lazy Gate Agents In New Orleans at our gate we heard announced that the flight was going to be delayed due to an aircraft maintenance problem. I went to the Jet Blue agents at the gate, identified myself and expressed my concern with making our connecting flight. The agent had already circled our names on the manifest and said that since we had a 3 hour layover at JFK we should be fine. Ultimately the flight was delayed for 4 hours during which time I repeatedly went to the agents to express my concern about potentially missing our connecting flight. They all seemed to have a rather casual attitude about our situation and assured me everything would be fine. After 3 hours I again checked with the flight agent who was now on the phone talking to someone about our situation and what to do. After 3.5 hours they finally started boarding the plane. When we were finally airborne we were over 4 hours late departing New Orleans. The gate agent did very little to assist us. We arrived at JFK about 20 min after our connecting flight departed. Upon our arrival at JFK we received no support or assistance from Jet Blue. Apparently no one called ahead to inform the Jet Blue agents at JFK as to our situation. This was an unacceptable situation particularly since it was Jet Blue's delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight. The following morning we went to the Cathay Pacific counter and explained our situation. Cathay Pacific required a $600 fee to re-book me and my wife. I called Jet Blue and spoke with a representative while we were working with the Cathay Pacific agent however we still received no useful assistance from Jet Blue. I had hoped that the Jet Blue agent in New Orleans would start working this problem much sooner. Had the agent had acted sooner there could have been a solution to the problem and we may have made our connecting flight. Problems with Jet Blue Lazy Gate Agents Poor Customer Service Lack of Concern for Customers This was the first time that my wife and I flew on Jet Blue and this experience was very poor. I would hope that any future flights on Jet Blue would be better.
    Buyer beware! My flight was canceled due to weather on the day of my flight. They couldn't get me on another flight until three days later. I would have missed my business meeting. All Jetblue does is say I am sorry, we can give you a refund. But that refund does not begin to cover the cost of buying a new flight on another airline the same day of travel. Unbelievable that they were uncaring and not helpful at all.
    Love flying with jet blue. Great leg room. The crew is awesome. Always find the flight I want to burbank at great price.
    JetBlue used to offer great prices and uber-comfortable human- size seats. Now, pricing is in line w/ all the rest (and, we are learning why-collusion), and seats have been changed to the narrow squeeze found in the other "Big Boy" carriers. Buying "extra room" only buy you the ability to drop your tray table without slicing your gut (just like the others), not any normal size width in a seat. So, sorry JetBlue, you are no longer my first stop when shopping for flights, you are just part of the ordinary (and miserable) pack.
    More room for your legs, in-seat videos and pleasant hostesses for your flights. We've found flights to be on time and the pilots very personable.
    I love to fly jetblue. Unfortunately, I find that 99% of the time they experience delays and my life is affected by this, but over all, great customer service and clean, new planes.
    Jet Blue is my first choice in choosing an airline. Why? The seats are extremely comfortable, the flight crew for the most part are courteous as well as the ground crew. I have only had a few problems that have come up, delayed flight for one which is either due to weather or mechanical problems.
    I fly with JetBlue every chance I get! They're consistently on time, allow a free checked bag, have a great staff, comfy seats, and in-flight entertainment. The one time my flight was delayed for 4 hours, they ended giving everyone a $100 voucher and giving everyone snacks at the terminal. They went above and beyond here, and I really appreciated it.
    Jetblue does have limited airports they use, however if they are going where you need to go they will ALWAYS go there for a cheaper price. One time I got to the airport earlier than I needed to be and they said that they had an earlier flight if I wanted to go on that one with out paying anything extra. The flight that they offered us was actually a more expensive flight which is why I choose the later flight and they also gave us the extra leg room seats. I would say that this is really a company that goes the extra mile for it's customers.
