Always connected with their customers, rarely have I ever felt unsatisfied with the service received, even then because of circumstances not really in Payoneer's control. Cool!I lost my euro bank info in global payment, gave the support a phone call, they were very helpful and understanding. Got the issue resolved in short. Thanks much appreciated.Im still waiting for my acc to be approve, I know it takes time and already received a lot of rejection and Im still waiting for it, but the representative that spokes to me educated me how it works, He is very polite with manner, have the firm when talking, I can say that he was an expert in his job. Customer satisfaction! Awesome Job! He is a man, I just forgot his name. Thank you again! Keep it up!This company has not customer service at all for any new customers. Find a better payment solution as this one will let you down and affect your businessOne thing I love about Payoneer is its rapid customer care response. If you call in, that is.

And tried chat and also the contact number to no avail, submitted an email. And luckily at the last minute, I was able to communicate effectively and efficiently with a Customer Care Rep. Who was very eager to resolve my issue and demonstrate knowledge, and was very confident. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner, for which I am very grateful.This time is great but in future when i receive payment i need best service payoneer provided to me.I have been using Payoneer for the last 2 years and I'm delighted to say that their services are A+.

As getting a US bank account is very difficult for persons who are not residents of the USA. It makes doing online business very easy and efficient. However, their customer service is sometimes lacking. This is the only issue I have with them. Otherwise they would get 5/5 stars.I was all great, perfect service. Yeah well I agree that they do not reply by email but you gotta call them and your issue will be resolved within 5 minutes. You can find many of their landline numbers on their website. I loved the service. It was professional.So far it is good except the fact that it takes so long to receive a card. I plan to get many payment on the payoneer card and it is convenient but you guys can be more clear with the information needed to verify my address. I had no idea I needed to present the entire soft copy of the document. I only found out through a friend. Maybe try being more descriptive with what is needed for that specific section (address verification).Grace, Payoneer's Representative is very helpful and patient in assisting me throughout the entire process. She knows how to handle the situation and sympathize with her customers. As per her instruction, I'll wait within 24 hours for the special team to contact me and have my issue resolve as it take a couple of months already. Kudos Grace!I am very satisfied with this service. The representative was direct and he understood all what I said irrespective of my accent. I even ran out of airtime but he called back and we spoke for length. He was able to solve my initial problem and he even recommended an easier service for me. Payoneer for me is one of the best online financial service company.I am happy by the organization overall, however maybe it would be better if you could enable to edit of the business profile for a limited time or without the support's help to speed up the process. Best, SasaThey have little to no customer service and takes for ever to give you funds. Do not use them. When you call the operator hangs up and you can't get to speak with a person. I work online and getting my pay has been a horrible experience.Well first of all in Turkey many people using payoneer and calling customer service is so pricey. Why you didnt have a Turkey customer service number?! You should think about it. The person I talked with very kind and clear but she cant help me because of payoneer system. Waiting for a digital transfer 5 days! This is nonsense. You should check your policies again. You're already making enough deductions when transmitting money. So system have to work much faster than this.Well its good app and secure way to get your money, but they took too much time for verification process, hope you'll take care of that in futureCustomer service is amazing! It's good that my fellow Pinoy VAs are allowed to speak using our own language.
