Do not order from these people unless you have money to waste. I placed an order that was immediately cancelled by then but still took the initial payment, which put a pending authorization on my card. Here I am 6 almost 7 days later waiting for my money. Ridiculous, they want to blame your bank but definitely has nothing to do with my bank bc I've called them. Liars and thievesI purchased the "TP Link Deco E3 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Wifi". I installed it but it didn't perform so I paid 3 other people on different occasions to reinstall the thing but there was NEVER any improvement of the product. After returning it they sent my same old item back to me. No credit and no return acceptedTheir customer service is a waste of time and any issue you bring up, they will probably respond with "I am unable to help." I wasted time calling UPS who couldn't help me because HSN messed up my order. Live chat is a joke. I called HSN about this, and when I finally reached a person, I was told they would waive the return shipping fee "this one time" since it was "their mistake." When I inquired about it and asked if I could send them photo of what was advertised, they claimed that they no longer are able to receive any photos of thier damaged merchandise or any photo that shows something that they are fraudulent for. I guess if you can't see it, it doesn't exist. I have made a couple of decent purchases in the past, however. This was different, as I tried reaching out to "customer service... First, I just bought this computer and I am happy with my purchase. Thank goodness I did not purchase it from HSN.com. They are selling this item at a sale price of $729 normally $799 claiming this is the lowest price anywhere, I paid $423 at a local popular store. What a difference! I ordered a die cut machine they cancel my order, after I spoke to a representative and everything was OK and then when I went to re order to correct the information at the didn't have, when I went to shipment part, it was on higher and they cannot reverse it. It was not my fault and i felt i was punished by it.I buy from HSN too much. I ordered winter boots and size was too small so I sized half size up. Black 9 1/2 med. I paid out of pocket $11.00 to ship back as they dont pay shipping. I received dark grey 9 wide, I called and CS stated only 1 exchange allowed. It wasnt even my fault. I'm thinking I need to stay off their site period.I purchased a Zwilling self sharpening knife set on Nov 10th. So far I have had 3 different stories told to me by their customer service 1- It was shipped and got lost (never shipped according to the next 2 agents) 2 It is in your cart- I can see it - You will receive it 3- You need to wait until 11/24 to cancel. Call on 11/24 and low and behold they tell me that it is available and I can receive it by 12/13- ok succumb to the deal and go along with them. 4- Status never leaves packaging. So once again they have sold me something that is not in stock. Agent says I need to call back AGAIN on 12/24 to cancel the order 5- If I had bought it on Amazon- I would have had it by now! Lesson learned- do not shop on HSN EVER!Everytime something decent hits their website it's sold out before pay day. I mean how small is their inventory... like 6 of every item? Then items that are in stock cost hundreds more than Walmart or Amazon. Useless website taking up space on the Internet. Whom have blocked their channel(s) likewise.Oversized cashmere sweater I ordered took a month to be shipped, has no labels, and is by no means size, or material as advertised. Customer support was requesting photos, which I did email, and after a day their response was that I look good in it (I look great in Pyjamas) and could wear I could wear it with a coat! I feel scammed.If u call hsn to get a payoff on your account they will argue you don't have a balance you are paid off etc because the online system as well as staff will not tell you BUT in 18 days you will owe a flex at of 1.66 snd if u forget it you'll pay a 20 something or 30 dollar late fee. If u buy on flex item and owe 3.15 one date and buy something else snd owe 5.13 another etc then u very well might forget one of the flex when it's due and get charged a hefty late payment. I know the answer is don't use flex pay and from now on I won't.When I saw the camera, I like it because they said free return, but the return label it is the kind that I have to paid for it. I really like the camera but when I installed, the camera it was not charging. I tried to call but only machine answer. I paid 10.69 for the return. I never will buy from HSN againI've been shopping with HSN for years personally, i think overall there doing a great job, especially since Cov-19 started. Customer Service has always straightened out any issues I've ever had through the years. There rating should be alot higher.I work in sales/ order taking and I can tell you that all HSN cares about is money. They will not honor price changes and their per item s&h cost is absolutely ridiculous. They are also predatory. Elderly adults with thousands ( yes, thousands) in flex pays are encouraged to order more. And provided with a "very special offer" to apply for the HSN credit card. Also, customers complain about being on hold for long periods of time. The reason - employees quit because they are miserable and they don't hire enough therefore overworking the rest of us. That and their archaic systems cannot handle the amount of orders so they are very slow. Don't buy from them. The worst company I've ever worked for.I purchased summer shoes from them on September 2, they were suppose to be here 3 to 7 business days, we are now on September 22 and I still have not received them. I shop from hsn often but now I'm thinking maybe no more. I am very disappointed. By the time i get them it will be to cold to wear them.
