    Absolutely unacceptable custom support! I ordered manolo sandals but additional discount didn't work for me. I tried to contact custom support in order to cancel the order and to place an order once again with the discount. I received the respond only next day after my order had been sent. Ok, I tried to refuse to receive the parcel, but custom service wrote me that I have to pay 22% of the amount of the order (VAT) 10% of the amount of the order (Customs fees) 50.00 euro + 50.00 euro for shipping fees What?! Really?! Never had such situation with any other online boutique! Don't recommend giglio.com
    Sent wrong colour item, can only return at my expense even though it is their mistake. None existent customer service, do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere.
    The fact that this online retail only allows for return but not exchange is ridiculous! I ordered a pair of sandals. The size chart on the website is misleading so that I ended up ordering the shoes one size bigger than I expected. I contacted customer service. They only allow me to return and ask me to order a new pair, which means I need to pay another $40 for shipping and customs. It doesn't worth to order a new pair when the costs of the shoes is $150. You need to pray that they send you the right shoes or else you take the costs of their mistake.
    I found so many reviews on Trust Pilot for this site. I browsed through almost all of the clothes and shoes. I even saw pretty good ones! The prices are a bit high, but that should not turn you away. The price you are paying is worth it because the product is authentic, and on top of that, the shipping is fast. I am currently planning to buy something off this site. I found some good looking bags, that I would really enjoy! They are certified sellers, so try them out. I would personally buy from their website, they are legit. (Giglio.com has 9.6 stars out of 10 on Trust Pilot)
