I ordered personalized bracelets for mother's day. When they arrived they were so small they would barely fit on my 3 year old. Their claim that the bracelet was 5" long did not uphold. They measured approximately 2.25" because they were rounded. I would have happily just straightened them out to fit an adult human however the chain attached would then not be long enough. Poor customer service and I will never ever order from them again.All of what is listed about the customer issues with this place is absolutely true. They did not pull through for the "expedited" shipping and didn't even refund the full cost of the shipping after failing to complete what we paid for! $126 bracelet felt apart in days. This place is a joke. And good luck getting someone competent on the phone, I have yet to and have called several times with 0 resolution to what is seemingly a simple issue.I ordered some items that I needed in about 9 days. Eve's info said ships in 1 day or same day. I checked twice and not shipped. I was mad by 2nd call and they did 1 day ship! It made it! They did keep their final word. Rectangular clear glass locket with rhinestones. Beautiful with chain that's not too short! Small silver jewelry box also beautiful! Really nice stuff! Thanks Eve's Addiction! (Flowers not included)This company is complete trash. I ordered the thin script "MAMA" silver necklace, and paid for the extra "GIFT WRAP" All together was $80. I was sent some crap that you would get out of a gumball machine, that was wrapped by a 5 year old. Also, the chain was so short that it wouldn't fit. I called and asked if I could return it, and was told that it wouldn't be possible. Long story, short, don't waste your time or money with this company. Hopefully it'll fit my mother in law.I never leave negative reviews, but I feel I should warn potential buyers. I ordered a rose gold engraved bracelet. The bracelet itsss egg lo looks like it came out of a quarter machine. To top it off, the engraving was completely illegible. The machine must have malfunction while engraving. When I contacted them for a refund (The item was $61), they stated they could not refund because it was "customized" lol! This company is a scamming joke.What I received was NOTHING like what they advertise. First they put the engraving on the inside rather than the outside, then their "replacement" product had the engraving on the outside but it was so small it was almost impossible to read. All they offered me was a 10% refund, which I find cheap and insulting. I so not recommend this company to anyone, steer clear of their products?This was my first and last order with Eve's Addiction. The bracelet I had made for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day came out of the clasp. Neither the voicemail I left or the email I sent were returned. On the third day, I call back only to be told all purchases have a SIXTY day warranty. The bracelet broke 2 days after the 60 days. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company.Let me start off by saying I believed in this company at first because of this looks and prices at time. Then when it came to my personal order not being located customer services was terrible. I complained and they told me to talk to me neighbors. Never again will I order from this so called business. What a joke. "Talk to my neighbors" how about how can I help settle this issue" or sorry about that, don't come talk to me like a person off the street. You lost a customer.This website used to be credible unfortunately they've gone to sh*t. I've ordered from them numerous times in the past and I've never had an issue and if I had I would just called up their amazing customer service. Fast forward to 2021. They first sent me the wrong items. Then I called up their customer service in India! The women at the other end of the line refused to even listen to me and kept speaking over me about when my order would be delivered and I was trying to tell her I had already received the wrong items. I hung up because she refused to listen to me. Then emailed their customer service. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for a replacement order. I will never purchase another thing for these thieves. If someone has an issue with an order you send a replacement quickly and with upgraded shipping and not send them follow up email's of the same items on sale with next day shipping free.Do not give Eve's Addiction your business! They are deceitful and sell low quality jewelry at high quality prices. Customer service is disrespectful. Refuse to refund. Take your business to a more trustworthy company. I found a real gold necklace for the same price that Eve's Addiction is selling gold plated cheap silver necklaces. I cannot cancel my order so I'm out of money spent on overpriced garbage.Picked out a moonstone ring and a beautifully detailed cross necklace for my Christmas gifts. So sad to open them and find a milky, colorless plastic looking ring and and stamped cross pendant. No detail on the necklace at all. Looks like gumball machine jewery, no lie. It was gifts i picked out but don't want to make the person who bought them for me go through the hassle of returning them. Dont waste your money.I bought a necklace online in August. I have emailed the company to either get a refund or change my shipping address which they notified me was wrong. There's no response except for daily emails advertising the company's sales. Most frustrating online shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid buying anything from here!Just don't shop here. Find an alternative. My necklace never made it to me, and I had to file a claim with USPS. Problem is, they wouldn't let me file a claim because I didn't have insurance? It wasn't offered. Hilariously they did take my money when I paid for expedited shipping. But again, I never got it. And I paid a few hundred dollars for this item. Had to go to my bank. BAD. BAD. BAD.The customer service is terrible. I ordered a ring in the size 10 1/2 and they gave me a size bigger. However my ring was personalized so that was their excuse as to why I couldn't exchange it. Ordered a birthstone necklace that looked amazing in the picture for my mom. When it came the stones were all lopsided and at different heights. Additionally, they had glue all over them like some preschooler had assembled it. Wish I could return it but since it is a "personalized gift" I'm stuck with it. I absolutely will NOT give this to my mom. Only wish I had a better use for it than the trash. Please don't waste your time or money here.Poor quality, ruby and garnet look very similar. Stone colors looks nothing like website picture. The top stone of my four was placed incorrectly and this tilted. Heart charm box for $22 is very small approx.2inch and doesn't have a good spot to fasten the necklace. Customer service terrible. Wouldn't offer a replacement or a return. Will never order Eve's addition again. User beware. Consider yourself warned.On their homepage it clearly stated "30% off all orders plus free shipping on all orders" ALL orders. After placing my order I noticed I still got charged $8.95 for shipping. I emailed them and asked for it to be refunded. After 3 back and forth exchanged they stick with, the free shipping was on first class option only (although is never stated that) and that since my order has already shipped, they can't do anything about it. So they are refusing to refund my shipping cost even though it was a screw up on their site.They follow a dirty tactic of sending you $#*! because they know that half of their customers won't reach out to their support team to get their janky jewelry fixed. I received 2 pieces of jewelry that were obviously badly put together and extremely sloppy, I ended up reaching out to them and they immediately fixed the issue both times, but unfortunately that's not the case for many people. They quickly throw together their $#*!ty jewelry just to get it out the door I hopes that the people purchasing their jewelry won't come back and complain about the $#*!ty quality. Don't fall for the $#*! they try to pull and take your money elsewhere.I was getting ready to order a bracelet for my husband(engraved) I saw $61 and then I went to checkout then it says 74$ further into the checkout from $74 it went to $88 then final checkout $94. I thought to myself there something effy about this so before I buy this let me check the reviews. Sure enough too many complaints. Beware of this. Didn't want to spend nearly $100 for this BS. What a waste.Ordered 2 necklaces and both broke within 2 months! Bad quality, customer service wouldnt help. Would not recommend. Eve's Addiction reached out to me about exchanging the ring. After leaving my negative review. They said I could exchange it for a different size. I'm almost afraid to after reading everyone's reviews. At least I will have my credit card and Paypal behind me if needed.I purchased a birthstone ring from Eve's Addiction.com. Although the ring was nice. My granddaughter wanted a bigger size. They refused to let me do an exchange. It wasn't personalized with engraving. Just the February birthstone. It's ridiculous that they won't exchange. No one is ever going to purchase a February birthstone ring from them in the future? They did offer me 30% and free shipping on a new purchase. So big of them. I will never buy anything from them again. Be warned!They sent me a broken item. They tried to refuse my refund. Their customer is nonexistent. The quality is poor. It truly is overpriced junk. Do not waste your money.I am very disappointed with the quality of my necklace and pendant that I ordered for my daughter's for Mother's Day. I got the cross necklace with 3 birthstones in it and the sapphire is light blue inside of dark blue and all the stones look dirty. I will not be giving these as gifts because I would be embarrassed to!I placed an order a week before Xmas for a gold necklace w/ our children's initials and paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping. It is now Xmas eve and still no package so I call them up and am told there was a problem with delivery and I won't receive the package until the 30th or the 31st. Here is what makes me so angry and willing to spend my time writing a review; they decided this wasn't something I should be notified about. I received no email or phone call letting me know there was a problem w/ delivery. This level of customer service would have possibly given me time to find another gift so my wife actually has something on Xmas morning. I attempted to cancel my order as I won't give my business to a company like this and was told I can't return or get a refund until I've received the item, which makes sense, but they weren't even planning on refunding me for the expedited shipping I paid for until I demanded it. What a disaster - Eve's Addiction definitely contributed to my family's Xmas being a little less merry this year.
