Bought ALDO's expensive RPPL sneakers, they started falling apart on the first wear. What is worse, their customer service has been stalling me for years, promising a refund that never comes. We have exchanged about 50 emails, Facebook messages etc. (with Mr. Wesley Barrett and others) and nothing. Is this a scam or a real company?I purchased boots on 5th Ave NY on Oct 30,2021. I was asked if I needed the box or a bag. I opted for the bag as I am travelling overseas on Oct 31 (today). I no longer require the boots and decided to return them. Because I do not have the box I am unable to get refund of $141.58. No amount of explaining seems to work. Staff is very dismissive and there is no room for negotiation. I even tried for an exchange to no avail.2143 has a worst customer service. Sales associate Vanessa was extremely rude and she and other associates gang up to mock me. Never going back in there again. I wrote to cooperate but haven't received anything from them till now. Very badly discriminated me.I am a high school student that needs to wear formal shoes to school. I have to spend money out of my own pocket and pay for all of my stuff. I got these shoes not even 1 month ago and they have broken down. I spent 160$ on these and I don't have that kind of money every month to spend on shoes. I am so frustrated, they haven't offered to do anything about it. I have only used these for walking and transport and the front of the shoes has teared apart all the way. I tried not to make a big deal out of it and tried to superglue it but the just kept a falling apart. Wasted so much money on such terrible shoes. Aldo 0/10.The styles are cute, but I spent $95 on a pair of sandals that are already falling apart after the third wear. Not only that, they are making really loud noises. I sent the first pair back, and they sent me a new pair, but now this pair is making the noises again. They also rubbed my feet so much I got a blister. Really bad quality items, not worth the price. I won't be shopping here anymore. The style sandal I got was Abearith in white.I bought a pair of winter boots and trusted the recommendations of the woman working there. Not only she mistaken me about the material but didn't assume responsibility for her mistake. When I wanted my money back as they let rain/water in they just said no and told be I should read the label. The employe did and lied. Do not buy there.Place order online for some boots I needed for work. Paid using Afterpay and then got directed to an error page refresh still said error so safe to assume my order didn't go through. Placed another one using a different method of payment to avoid the same issue (maybe it was Afterpay?) Checked my email see that I now have two orders confirmed coming out my bank account for the same item. Tried to get help with this issue hoping they could cancel one of the orders. Nope. They disabled their email line and their customer service doesn't open on the weekends at all. So basically I'm stuck paying for the duplicate. Wait til Monday when they reopen to see if they could actually help as per customer service job description and as someone who also works in the industry request they RTS the pkg as it was a duplicate. Customer chat agent says no they can't do anything or won't even though it was their website that malfunctioned. The whole time during the chat I kept getting error messages being sent from their end under the agent's name Jasmine. So basically confirms their website barely functions and is a scam. At the end of that unbearable chat they ask me to fill in a survey so I can win a $259 gift card for my experience. Dead. What a bunch of clowns. If they don't fix this they going bankrupt a second time. Cuz that was not customer service … what did they offer except no? We won't help you even though this order mess up was Aldo's responsibility,Got my heels from Aldo but they started to fall apart after wearing it for couple of times. On top of that, I did not get any refunds despite continuous follow-upSo it started out in aug 2019, I order a pair of shoes for an event online and once the shoes came they were dirty and used. The bottom of the shoe was gone. There were dirt by the toe area. So next I decided to try one more time for Black Friday. Well today I receive my shoes and received same style shoe but two different colors. I am so mad. I have another pair on it's way and I am regretting giving Aldo online any of my business. Never again. Called customer service and they told me that due to an exchange they cannot refund. Someone is going to do something today!I ordered shoes two months ago till waiting on it and no help from customer service and have to suffer my mistake i shope with aldo plz plz give me my money back i learn the lesson never shop in future from aldoSo I went in this Aldo's and met a lovely Asian manager named Kelly who treated me better than the salespeople at Gucci. So much so that i brought my family back just on the strength of Kelly and they bought a few shoes and purses. Great service, Awesome merchandise and hospitality. Love her! I will always stop in that location if i am ever in Soho moving forward. I travel from Connecticut to shop in NY.I would never ever recommend this store for anyone to shop. The so called store manager was so rude, sarcastic and dismissive. She used foul language (Italian swear words) and laughed several times when I was talking to her. The store manager removed her mask several times to laugh with her colleague and her persona was so immature and unprofessional. My Shoes were too small I needed to exchange the shoes (a Christmas gift) and as mentioned this was her attitude and behaviour. On two occasions she behaved this way to myself and my husband! Never ever go to this store. Don't give your money to such a company who can hire such awful ill mannered staff!Never buy from aldo worst service ever. When customer go for buying they said it's good and also told warranty for life time. But when we take back they puts their hand up. Please waste of money in aldo never buy from it.I HAVE NOITCE THEY HAVE DRESS SHOES AND OXFORDS ARE QUITE SMALL!

I ordered a mini bag the bag was great but there were no hooks on the sides for the extra strap that came with it to go,, Ordered another bag and a scarf the scarf came at at an earlier date and the purse hasn't came yet I don't understand why they wouldn't have been processed and shipped together.?I love the shoes I buy from here. They have a cute selection of sandals and heels and boots. And they respond to you pretty quicklyAbout 6 missing gems clearly have been worn before messy glue all over Soo disappointed they didn't offer replacements only a return after reaching out multiple times.Shoes came just in time but packaging was very horrible to the point where the top of the shoe was scratch off from the box because the box was all bend up and now the shoe is ugly. So I recommend just getting shoes in store..I ordered a shoe in two different sizes. I used a 15% coupon. It took the first shoe over a week to arrive and the second over two weeks. In the interim, the shoe was marked down by 50%. When the shoes arrived, they both were a bit dirty and looked like they had been worn/scuffed on the bottom. I decided to keep the size 8, because I can't find another shoe in the color. I attempted to return the size 7.5 to the Easton Town Center location and was accused of wearing the shoes and they wouldn't accept the return. I have footage of my unboxing (which I will put on my YouTube video about this), so I can prove they were sent to me in this condition.
I called the customer service line to get a label for the return and to explain the situation. I also mentioned that the size 8 has a markdown sticker for $69.98. Aldoshoes.com made the decision to not honor neither the 50% markdown nor the price on the label that was placed on the shoes by one of their employees. So, in short, I was sold used merchandise--during COVID--which was shipped from two different stores. This exemplifies that this is common business practice for Aldo Shoes. I visited their Easton location to try to get this fixed, and they decided to insult me the first time and turn me away the second time. So, at the very least they owe me gas money, 2 hours of my life, and this company should be penalized for false advertisement. Anyhow, I can't wait to make a video on my channel about this messy situation. I will be sure to tag their IG as well. More people need to know about their disturbing, disgusting business practices--especially during COVID-19.
The Easton location also was functioning with having COVID-positive. The manager told me that. I guess it was supposed to evoke empathy, but that's disgusting and dangerous to the public.Bought work boots a little less than a year ago and the quality is substandard…the soles on both boots are cracking. Money down the drain!Ordered shoes online, received used shoes. Reordered it and got 2 left foot shoes. Called customer service and I was treated poorly. They don't even deserve one starDon't get them, they're cute but they got slightly wet as shoes do and the brown held onto my feet and it ruined my new carpet. They were given to me as a gift and I don't have a receipt so I can't return them. I contacted Aldo to let them know but they won't do anything about it without the proof of transaction. Huge disappointment for a $67.00 item, this is the quality you can expect from this company now.

The shoes was returned and initial refund email confirmation received on 1st June. Aldo then confirmed my card details and and it was all set up for a full refund. After few days, banking department wanted to confirm my card details and wanted to call. After 6 days of waiting I was informed that someone will call and still no calls received. The customer service keeps changing responses and no outcome of my refund. This is such a bad customer service - first the product was bad and now I have to face such bad customer service. For just $60+ I had to chase 7-8 times.The worst service everr! I ordered shoes 3months back i looked for the package for a month and then i called them that i didnot receive any shoes. They cancelled old order and placed new order butt they didnot refund me the old order money and the new order was shipped one shoe with size 41 and the other 38 how ridiculous and again i spoke to customer service they said sorry asusual but still i didnot get my right order! For this fuc***g 2 aldo orders i went almost 4 times to store to get my money refund back and for the right order both didnot happen till noww and its disgusting!I ordered a pair of shoes on the 13th of august 2020 and it was in stock now after more than a week i called to see what happened to my order since i didn't hear anything back. The guy i was talking to told me that my item is out of stock! Why the hell nobody said anything and why you still have my money since you don't have my item?!
