    I order some shoes like one month ago, they charge me a money for that after I try to track my order they said you're size is out of stock. So I waiting a couple of weeks call them and ask few times when the will be available again they carry on with bull$#*! until the process of refund starting... after one month I'm still behind that and also they said there isn't any process of refund worst company worst costumer service ever find in my life don't buy nothing
    Reebok sells the most comfortable shoes to wear, specifically the Club C vintage shoes! The shoe feels very light weight because of the soft leather and padded cushion on the inside, it's also very stylish and it goes with any outfit. My feet never hurt whenever I wear them, which is amazing because I go to college and have to walk like A LOT, so I literally wear them every single day. The price might look like a lot but the good thing is that Reebok always has promo codes and sales going on so your bound to get them for at least $20 off. Shipping was also really fast as well.
    I ordered a pair of shoes from Reebok only to be told that it was cancelled after I sent several emails. There was no communication that told me the order was cancelled, I could have been waiting for forever. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't received my refund money back. Poor customer service Reebok, don't take customers for granted or blame it on external factors. Do your job and communicate with your paying customers!
    Their sneakers are very comfortable. I bought a pair for jogging and playing football. I love this brand.
    I can not even bring myself to give reebok 1 star but i had to in order to make this review. They have given false emails, false tel nos, stated they have no complaint procedure, then given a complaint ref no, then denied giving that ref number. They have lied and set out to deceive. As a director of my own company and some 40 years in the retail market I have never come across such a poor standard of customer care. Reebok you should be ashamed.
    Since the refund procedure and policy seemed easy enough, I thought I would give it a try. Its been over 1 month and my refund is still being "processed". I contacted customer service and there is an "internal error" delaying all refund process apparently. Still waiting to get my money back... who knows when that will be. They have no update on their end as they are still trying to fix the issue...
    Recently visited your store to buy sportswear in the gym. As much as it is already in my use it is a shock. I haven't worn anything for so long, so I recommend, the product is good and the quality is great!
    Terrible experience with Reebok online. My order took over 2 weeks to ship. I followed up twice during that time to find out why and when my order was going to ship. They couldn't tell me. They just gave me two different excuses. I decided to inquire through Facebook messenger to try get better answers. They said that due to some glitch my order got sent to wrong distribution center. Apparently the customer service agents I had spoken to did not have access to that information (whatt?). Worst online experience I've ever had. Buyer beware.
    Previously I haven't Benn a fan of Reebok. It all started after new logo and fitness promo. Suddenly It got cool. I bought 2 t-shirts, jacket, pants and boots. Never had a problem and would recommend for everyone!
    I recently ordered some shoes from them and there shipping info is terrible. The selection is ok, and super easy to order.
    Don't EVER buy from Reebok or Adidas. I'm still waiting for my $500 online order after 54 days. Absolutely horrendous customer service, that's if you can even reach someone. I have contacted them four times, just to find out what is happening with my order, and every time they have said it's being dispatched (umm but it still hasn't even been packed). I can't explain how bad they have been. This is the first time I've ever slammed a business with an online review but I just feel like I need to warn people because it's so terrible. STAY AWAY!
    Reebok has the best running socks ever. They are thin which i love because my feet get really hot. The best part is they have great arch support. They are a must buy
    If you knew the item and size products was great but if you need refund, Reebok customer service very bad, when they received parcel you need wait for another 30 days than you mind get your credit back, customers service said refund processing need take 14-21 business days without weekends, it was so disappointed and when you use online chat the Reebok customers service team keep asking you same questions and reply you same answer, when they reply you they need 14-21 days that disconnected your Chat also not reply your email.
    Over a week from placing an order, no communication, contacted Reebok via chat to be told 11,000 orders have not gone out due to a labelling issue in their warehouse. Do you think I could cancel my order? No. Do you think I could get an eta when this problem would be resolved? No. Do you think they would respond in a sympathetic way? No. The response was a sad face emoji. So $130 on trainers and I don't know when they will arrive. They have charged me but I don't have my product.
    I can not stress enough how bad the Reebok online experience has been. I had to wait for two months only to have an order cancelled. I was emailing the whole time asking for an update (with no responses), I didn't even have any contact saying it was cancelled. I had to log onto Reebok and check the status of my order for any notification that Reebok had recently just cancelled my order.
    I'm not a fan or staying up til midnight for a release and having sneaker bots buy all the Iverson sneakers within one minute of release. Happened with the Bubba Chuck fisherman and pink toe questions. Got the Hardens luckily and took 3 days for confirmation email that they shipped. FedEx says it will arrive 8-8 by 8pm. They dont arrive now FedEx reads pending arrival date. Not to mention promo codes NEVER work for Iverson sneakers. I only buy Allen Iverson sneakers, other than his kicks, Reebok completely sucks! I even had issues with so called Reebok officials on Ebay with insanely long shipping times. Reebok get your $#*! together!
    I'm a shoe lover omg, yes I use Adidas and I love them, I use Nike product and I also love but Reebok too is one of best that I get my quality shoes from. You guys are the best and I love this website as it's help in delivering my shoe to exact location input
    Oh, I love their sports boots so much. They are very comfortable and their variety is great. I always choose different colours and models to try everything.
    Foolishly purchased an item from Reebok which was too small so returned it. Submitting a refund appears to be beyond their capability or know how. I've been waiting 2 months now & have sent many requests. They are nothing but crooks who should be shut down online. Purchase from them at your own risk.
    I only wear reebok shoes. Obviously I think their products are great. I have been able to find the Classic reeboks that I prefer on their website and cheaper there than Amazon. So I have been ordering thru website. Because I have ordered, I get at least 2 emails per week from them about sales and discounts. The codes rarely work and I usually just don't bother unless i am need of shoes now. However, this one time, the code was very good, about half off and was specifically worded for the Classics that I usually buy. So I went to their site to order a spare pair. Of course the coupon didn't work. So I chatted with Customer Service and copied parts of the email and sent to him. He said it just didn't apply, without any reasons why. He didn't even try to explain why the email I received didn't apply, which it clearly stated it did, just that he was sorry for my 'confusion'. Yes I guess that I am confused why Reebok would send me deceptive sales emails considering that I am already buying from them and must be a happy customer. They must want to make me angry at them, enough so to give them a bad review. That is confusing. The good points are: I Iike that they are not spreading social agenda as Nike. I don't buy from retailers that do so. Cheaper than Amazon. Fast shipping and great products.
    Great sports boots for running. I call them so. I use only this iste for quite a while and everything is always fine.

    I have never left a bad review but this company is a whole new level of bad. Screwed me around for over 20 mins on chat, called and no answer, no call back. I tried email and a week later they replied with an email full of attitude. I bought new shoes that cut into my feet so bad they bled into the shoe on both sides in only 15 mins of wearing them. I asked for a refund and they never replied again. I followed up and no reply. They are now just ignoring me. It's like I'm dealing with a child in a 3rd world country. I paid a lot of money and really annoyed. Wasted a lot of time and their expensive shoes were rubbish.
