    Very poor service, they list many items they don't have in stock, I enthusiastically signed up and only 50% of my orders were shipped. The others were cancelled without a notice. Very poor customer service as well. They tried to sign me up for some kind of annual membership and give me back additional discount on orders that were never shipped and cancelled without any notice Stay away, look for other real suppliers.
    They claim to guarantee you will save money or your money back but its a lie. Their plan's 'savings' ARE NOT 50-70% off as they advertised on the phone and are actually the the same as the coupons listed all over their website. And they will not refund you if you are unhappy under no circumstance. They even replied by email to contact my bank to dispute it if I'd like, that there will be no refund on their end. I will never be shopping with this dishonest company again
    My doggie's meds were shipped right away, however, they were never delivered and appear to be "lost in the mail"! It is imperative he takes this every day, so I reached out to Cristina Flores and she immediately placed a replacement order for me with free expedited shipping! What a relief to know my pup won't have to be without his meds! We both thank you, Cristina! PetCareRX has always given me excellent customer service!
    We first found PetCareRx when we were unable to get the dog food we have always fed our dog Royal Canin Dental Care. I am so thrilled with their customer service, they will now be my go-to for all our dog's needs. She just got an outstanding health review from our veterinarian who recommended this food, she's a Chihuahua (notorious for bad teeth) and the vet said her teeth were in perfect health!. So happy to have this resource! Thank you!
    I had cancelled my membership, I also wrote them, they even sent a notice saying my membership was cancelled. However, they never stop charging my credit card and I keep getting declined response from my bank (more than 5 times and they still keep doing it every month). This business is horrible. They charge your card without your authority. Be careful if you are giving them your card details. Terrible company.
    In an age when most businesses really don't care about customers ( especially online businesses)because they can just replace you with the next customer. It was refreshing working with CS Rep Andrew Singer! He was so so helpful! I have not received my CoCo's meds as of yet, but we definitely are off on the right foot! Thanks, PetCareRX and Andrew!
    My first order a can broke open and their customer service agent made me send her other cans that were all dented and cover with food. Never had any of this with chewy. You sent them a picture of a broken can in the case and they overnight a replacement. Can't wait for Chewy to get my item back in stock
    LACK OF COMMUNICATION: They didn't notify me that they were unable to get my vet to respond to their requests for a prescription. For a week, while my dog suffered in pain, I was thinking her pain meds order was in process. I had to call PetCareRX to check the status of my order, which is when I found out that my vet had not responded to them. PetCareRX could've informed me, especially as I had signed up with their PetPlus memberhip ($99). SERIOUSLY SLOW FREE SHIPPING (21 DAYS): Ordered ear mite and worming tablets on March 2. It's now March 20 and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Tracking details tell me eta is March 23. I don't expect Amazon-like shipping speed, but if something is going to take the best part of a month to get to me, I believe they should inform me. They didn't. I've had to go buy ear mite/dog worming tablets from Pet Smart, which is what I should've done in the first place. Now, I have products arriving from PetCareRX that I no longer need, because THEY forced me into a situation where I had to find an alternative solution because they couldn't get product to me in less than 21 days. Horrible experience. I regret signing up for their Membership. Don't do it, until you've had a good experience from them first, would be my advice. I know I can kiss goodbye to my $99, but that's the price I have to pay for trusting what they said.
    Got a call to let me know my package had shipped, which was great because I didn't know if there would be any difficulty getting the rx info from my vet. Not only was it all handled and on its way, Andrew recognized the meds as indicative of a chronic liver situation and did the math to demonstrate the value of a Pet Plus enrollment for my dog. I appreciated the savings and the empathy regarding her wellbeing.
    I perchance heart worm chewable pills for my dog. I received an email saying that it was delivered on the 21st. Checked the mail that day and a couple days later and still nothing. I called customer service of pertcarerx, and the lady said that I should reach out to USPS. Well feel she could have done a better job, since I did perchance the product from pertcarerx. I guess I can always call my bank and get my money back.
    I first joined Pet Care RX in 2016. They are the only online service for pet medicines and food that offer wholesale prices. When my Hershey (dog/child) was recently diagnosed (at 15) with pancreatitis and recommended a special diet food ($$$$). Pet CareX plan saved me $10 a month with both Chewy and my vet's online orders. Also, customer service are working from home so it's a great experience to order order by phone. Or they offer autoship, at the same saving. Call them. You'll see. I am not a paid reviewer. Just an extremely loyal customer.
    This was my 1st experience ordering from PetCareRX, and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. The dog food I needed was not in stock elsewhere, but I received it within just a few days of ordering it. (Thank you ~ I did not want to have to switch my dog's food with his sensitive stomach!) And the customer service was fantastic. I didn't have a problem, but they contacted me when they realized I could have saved more money by using their Pet Plus Membership, at a discount! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
    I was waiting for a kennel for 2 weeks. During that time I sent an email and called to get an Update on the whereabouts of my order. That was at the end of the first week. The agent said it would be shipping that afternoon. Another week went by and no kennel and no word. Thanks to PayPal I found out the payment was cancelled by merchant. A customer service rep did reach out after I called earlier that day and said the item was backordered!. Terrible customer service so beware!
    I ordered some meds for my dog but they never came. I called 5 different times (enduring long wait times on each call) and was told someone would get back to me, that the product would be sent. No product, and no call back. Ever. I finally contacted someone to request a refund and a total withdrawal from their program. I'm hoping I'll get the refund, but I have no faith that I will!
    I have left three voice mails now--the answering message claims they will call you back within 24 hours. Definitely not the case. I am being charged a small amount every month and I have no idea what this charge is for. I haven't received any products for more than two years. They do not call back, nor do they ever answer the phone. Where do I turn to next?

You are lucky to have such a beautiful person representing your company! I have a membership for my two dogs, as well as a Group membership for the Jamesville Second Chance Canine shelter where I am Treasurer on the Board. Always great service!
    February 2021, I ordered $119.00 of Rx cat food. I cancelled the auto ship after that 1st order because the fed. Express driver texted that my order was delivered but I never saw it. It was a Friday and I ran out of Rx cat food over the weekend! When I called customer service... the guy kind of laughed and said someone would call me on Monday. No one called at all. Cat food never arrived to my house! The saga continues today, as I was on-line banking, I noticed that my checking account had a pending debit charge for $119.00. Can you believe it? Worst part was that my cat has been deceased since October 2021. Idiots!
    Becoming a member does save you money over the course of a year. Good selection of products and the best prices on prescription medications. I only wish PetCareRx carried a full compliment of bird ( Macaw) supplies as they do dog and cat. Good food, medications and toys for birds are hard to find. Hopefully someday in the near future! P.S. - I also have a 400 gal. Salt water reef tank hint, hint! :)
    Maybe the worst experience I've had with any pet provider. Very unhelpful customer service - I'd go so far as to say they were dishonest. Horrible return policies. Endless delays for products and responses. Avoid if at all possible.
    I purchased Hill's Prescription Diet c/d Multicare Urinary Care Canned Cat Food - 5.5 oz, 24-pack, Ocean Fish Flavor and I received an email that said the package was delivered. However - there is no package here. My doorbell never rang. So I called your customer service department and was rudely spoken to by a supervisor named Ayesha. If it gets to the point where I have to send an email after speaking with someone on your customer care team, that's not a good sign. (A) I want a refund for the product because I have yet to receive it even though it says it was delivered -- no one can tell me where it was delivered so how can I ensure that it's somewhere safe? Who has the package? No one can tell me. That's unacceptable. (B) Ayesha needs to undergo some additional training because she did not handle the conversation properly. On top of that, she called me "Ma'am" and I am a "Sir" - that told me that she was not capable of handling a conversation without misgendering the customer on the line. She had an attitude as if this was not a conversation worth having. So now not only do I not have this specific food that my cat NEEDS, I am now enraged after being spoken to so rudely by someone who is a SUPERVISOR. I will not be using PetCareRX ever again. This was the worst experience to have being a first time customer. I will be calling back Monday & Tuesday & every day after that until I am fully reimbursed. I don't even want to deal with trying to locate this package. The tracking app can't tell me where the package is and neither can your customer service team. All they said was "you just have to wait til Monday" - unacceptable. Is my cat just supposed to starve til then? Not only do I want to be fully reimbursed, I want to speak to another supervisor or someone higher up in order to undo the emotional damage Ayesha has caused.
    When you have a sick dog and you need meds, you need meds and you need them soon. Lambert gets them to me immediately. This place - I'm sorry I ever ordered from them. It is taking forever. I purchased a membership for two dogs and will probably try to cancel. Pricing isn't everything - service is. The only aggressive service was sales. But the rest? Bleh.

    I have had the best customer service with this company since I first ordered from them. Engaging and personable. Each person I have spoken to has worked diligently to make sure every i is dotted and t is crossed! I'm telling every pet person friend I know about PetCareRx because of the savings I get on food, toys and treats and medications. I don't know why there are other one star reviews - I've had nothing but excellent service from them. Can't rate highly enough!
    Last year, after placing my first order with Pet Care Rx, I signed up for Pet Plus and then wrote a bad review about it. However, I kept the Pet Plus for the year and kept ordering from Pet Care Rx, mostly because I can't find my dog's favorite toys on any other web site. So then it came time for my Pet Plus to renew and I was keeping an eye on my credit card for the fee. (If you remember, last year I was quoted $99 for the year but was then charged $108 and change, and was never told why.) So imagine my surprise when I was charged over $150! I immediately sent off an email to their customer service telling them to cancel my Pet Plus and my whole account. I got back an offer to cut the Pet Plus fee by 50% and was told that the fee had gone up. Most prices have gone up, but who takes a fee from $99 a year to over $150 a year?! That is just ridiculous! I imagine they are going to lose a lot of customers on that. As it is, no matter what happens, this will be my last year with Pet Care Rx. My dog is just going to have to give up her favorite toys!
