    I honestly love Unsoldvacations. Have booked all ranges on this site - from my backpacker trip around Europe to my 5 star resort in Punta Cana. Highly recommend this site. For hotels it is one of the best - pricing is competitive.
    Wide choice of hotels from luxury and exclusive hotels to guesthouses & hostels. I am mid range hotel guest, appreciate their hotel review feature cause from the beginning you can easily imagine what cons the place has as usually exactly these things can brake your trip mood
    "NewTravelTrip" is among the top travel agencies. I have used it to my full satisfaction in the recent past before the covid. I cannot think of any other travel portal for my travel plans. Kudos to "NewTravelTrip".
    BEWARE OF USING VAYAMA.COM. USING THEM IS A NIGHTMARE. GO WITH THE BETTER NAMES LIKE PRICELINE, ORBITZ, ETC. I found tickets on this site that were comparable to what I found on priceline.com. I saw vayama.com was offering $5 off and thought what the heck -- I'm spending 1400 for a ticket, I'll take the $5 savings. I thought it'd be easy like other sites, instead it turned into a nightmare. Needless to say, I was stupid for being a penny pincher. I should've paid the extra 5 bucks and gone with priceline. Vayama's customer service department is completely incompetent. They sounded totally uneducated and were simply rude and disrespectful in handling the situation. Here is the sitch in a nutshell: I booked a ticket on May 21,2010. I didn't receive a confirmation, but I saw the charge pending on my online account. About a week later, still no confirmation, and the 'pending' charge disappeared. I called their customer service. A woman who seemed very disinterested told me there is no record of the purchase, and to try again on the site. I went back on the site and purchased the ticket again. Everything seems normal. On June 7, I notice that I have 2 confirmation e-mails. I call customer service again. The woman that answered in a very sleepy manner "hello". Totally confused I said "Hi, is this vayama customer service." The lady then mumbled lazily "Yes, yes, Welcome to vayama, how can I help you?" To make sure I understood, I repeated myself. She mumbled again "This is vayama, how can I help you?" I explained the situation to her and asked about my purchases-she tells me that there has been only one charge. They very next day, on June 8, I get an alert from my bank because there were 2 charges of about 1400 that caused my account to go passed the limit. I call vayama yet again. This time the customer rep would cut me off while I was trying to explain, she raised her voice at me, and told me that I'm wrong. I spent over an hour answering repetitive questions trying to get them to help me. At the end of it, I finally get transferred to a manager, or so he said he was. Although he was calm, he didn't do much to help me with my situation and sounded like he could care less about the mistakes his team made. They said I had to call the airlines for a full refund, so in the end, they still haven't given me back my money. The airlines' customer service wasn't anymore helpful. I still haven't been given the confirmation that I will get my full refund. I've already called my bank to file a claim. Let's hope they'll be more helpful.
    Sold us plane tickets for £2800 only to call us the next day and say for us to contact them by a phone number that doesn't work or have our tickets cancelled. Every number they have does not go through and now we are worried that the money charged to our account may not be refunded.
    Dear Sir or Madam, Budgetair.com put me in a flight that does not exist. This company sold me a ticket to Caracas from London trough Madrid with Iberia for the 10th of November 2014. Iberia cancelled the flight and budgedair.com did not let me know. Even worse they decided to put me on a flight Madrid Caracas on the 11th keeping the flight London Madrid on the 10th at 7:30am. Meaning to spend all day and night in Madrid for the 12:00pm flight on the 12th. I send a complain letter to budgedair complaining and the response was that they did notified me with two emails which isn't true. No emails were sent apart of one in July where all flights were still on the same day. And even if they did so they never got my confirmation for that unrealistic change. I was that morning at Heathrow airport when the airline told me what budgedair had done. I lost my flight connection to my hometown and hotel reservation in caracas on the night of the 10th. Also lost a day with my mother and an unpaid leave day of work. You should also know that they have caused me terrible stress as the reason of my flight is to visit my mother in Venezuela who has terminal cancer.     I'm a frequent traveller and have often used Expedia.ca to purchase flights. This time however, I needed to make a change (2 months in advance) - and they put me through he*l and back. I will NEVER EVER use them again because like I'd heard, they make it impossible to make changes. Here are just a FEW of the many issues I had with them: Wait Times: ----------------- - 1st call (to get information): 15 minutes; after a few questions, was put on hold for about 10 minutes again - 2nd call (to make a change): 50 minutes; again, was put on hold for about 20 minutes when I asked questions - 3rd call (to try to make change again): 1 hr and 35 minutes; this time, I was put on hold and the connection cut out after about 10 minutes Customer Sales Representatives: ----------------------------------------------- - The customer service representative are rude, egotistical, impatient, talk over you, and basically have zero interpersonal or customer relations skills. As an example, after waiting over 1.5 hrs before reaching one of them, I told him the wait time, and he said "ok". No apology, nothing. He also rudely asked me what my problem is... pretty unbelievable. - What one person will tell you is often the complete opposite of another sales rep -- I recommend you do not make the mistake that I did and make other travel arrangements based on information they provide you Ability / Willingness to Help: NONE! ----------------------------------------------------- -I have more than enough examples, but will just mention a humourous one for now. I called to see if I have any options for change that would make sense for me. After putting me on hold AGAIN, he comes back and says "I found something for you Mam, it has 3 stop-overs, and the difference is $4000 Canadian dollars". Other: ---------- - The website advertises that they are available 24/7 to help -- this is not true. I called at 3:00 am twice and both times no one picked up - after 25 minutes of hold music, a message comes on asking you to call back during regular hours. That's illegal - straight up false advertising... I'm sure you guys find this hard to believe - you can check out www.victimsofexpedia.com if you don't believe me though! Its all true... and there's SOO much more that I just don't have time to write! Hope this was helpful to some people out there...
    My flights got rescheduled and the alternate options provided were not as per my scheduled plans. They kept trying until my problem was solved. The customer service is excellent at Gill Travels. I highly recommend them
