Horrible customer service, Waited over 3 months for them to respond to any emails or ship my item. Then when you try to ask for tracking information they lie and just say it was shipped without any additional response. Doesn't get any worse than this company. Don't bother wasting your money. Wish I would have seen the hundreds of other customers that also went through the same issues. Stay Away from these crooks.Worst company of all time, they seriously have global ants delivering their packages. RUN! Their staff is awful and clueless and respond like braindead gremlins whenever they want. Poop stinks and they are like explosive diarrhea in a thong. Never order from them again!So many people gave fast tech bad reviews I was really worried that I'd have a bad experience. It took quite a long time for my order to come but the mod I ordered was very affordable and it works exactly as advertised. So all and all not as bad as expected.I have been buying from Fasttech for about three years and have never once had a bad experience. I do my research before ordering and, while it does take a while to get to me, I've always gotten exactly what I wanted. What prompted me to write this review are the wonderful experiences I've had with their customer service. They are always super diligent in their work. I always get a reply faster than expected, and I always know that I am communicating with a real person, who has read and understood my concerns. To someone like me, who would not have access to a whole world of things without them, this means a lot.I ordered 4 EGO II vape batteries. After 3 weeks they were delivered. I took out of package, it felt much lighter than my other EGO II batteries. Turned it on and LED charge indicator showed blue light (50% charged) so I charged for 10 hours and light still stayed blue! Upon further inspection (after 3 weeks of trying to refund) I took one apart and it was only a 700mah battery, not to mention the machining was terrible! Obviously a counterfeit! Not even worth the postage! They still refuse a refund so I'm disputing charge with PayPal and Mastercard. Do not purchase from them!... I'd be a much happier chap! I don't mind copies of products, but when it comes to fraudulently branded copies, I'm out! Especially when the product pictures on the web-site show the product without the branding! That's deception befrore fraud! It's sad, because everything else at Fasttech is brilliant! Average delivery time to Canada was about 3 weeks. Pray that you never have an issue with your order as their customer service is lacking or non-existent. They will make you jump through hoops and then leave you with a "it'll take us 2 months to verify your package is lost" BS. They are not accountable for the products they sell. Never again>So I decided to order some e-liquid because the price was very low, instead of chosing free shipping (Kazakhstan post), I decided to choose shipping by singapore post, which cost me ~5$. After a few days, i've noticed that they changed shipping method to kazakhstan post which is free so I messaged support and they told me that e-liquids are no longer being shipped by singapore post and told me that kazakhstan shipping is also not free, even when it is, so they offered 2.5$ refund for shipping. Also, you can still order e-liquids via singapore post, and they are still being shipped by singapore post, I really hope they will give a full refund, if not, I will be very upset. They are lying about everything.The whole business model is evidently blatant theft. If you don't get what you ordered, or it is defective, you have ZERO recourse. I'm going on three months now from initial order and still don't have a refund. They just keep doing obvious delay tactics instead of shipping a replacement or refund. This is an open and shut case of something that overheats and damages what is attached to it. They made me make videos of it, tried to get me to try all the different modes (completely irrelevant, and again would damage whatever was attached to it), then shipped me a tiny/cheap part that would not resolve the issue in any case, and I'm supposed to open the thing up and repair it! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES. I have a lot of experience with Aliexpress, dhgate, bangood etc most of the "order cheap crap straight from China, if you're willing to wait a long time for shipping" places, and Fasttech is not just the absolute worst in my experience, but the more I look into it everyone says they've had terrible experience within a few orders. I don't know how they stay in business!Ordered a vape pen kit that wasn't available to buy in the UK. Had no problems, decent price and good layout on the site. I opted to pay with paypal and used registered shipping. Item arrived in two weeks and well packed which I feel is very good for the price paid. Item is a genuine product, not fake. I can only give it five stars, it was my first time ordering and was reluctant after reading the reviews here and trustpilot but everything was great and worth a go for some.I purchased a Jackly Precision Screwdriver Set. I had purchased one before this for which I had no problem. This one, however, arrived with a broken case. Some of the clips that oriented the bit holders were broken off preventing the the bit holders to flatten and thus preventing the case from closing. I provided the receipt and photos. FastTech tried to get the manufacturer to send be a new case (the bits were all fine) but apparently they refused. FastTech then offered me $3 in compensation which I refused.(The item was ~11USD) Any reputable company would either send out a complete new set or refund the full amount. This is therefore not a reputable company.I purchased an item from them back on April 1 of this year. I paid for express epacket shipping, and it *just* made it to New York! If you must buy stuff from China, but from AliExpress or Wish instead.Great store with reasonable prices. I made a lot of orders, everything went very quickly. Very happy with their service.This is a SCAM! They send things directly from China in the cheapest packaging possible and do not send the electrical adapters that are included with like products to US customers to be able to use with our standard outlets. When i contacted them, it took a period of over a week just to get an "according to the description its not included" bull$#*! when clearly they are sending European adapters to the US. i bought from them the Dingling RF-608 Hair Trimmer from them with no adapter and bought the Dingling RF-609 on Ebay(!) which included the adapter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS! As you can see in the picture there is a designated place for the adapter but instead there was a cheap set of nail clippers included unrelated to doing hair. I am seething over their completely disinterest and total lack of service. WILL NOT BE BACK.1 star because 4 months after my order and still no refund! With the excuse that they are waiting for the post office to declare the package Lost! 4 months and still waiting, robbed me 35! Bastards, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITEIn about 3 out of 4 orders I have to contact customer service and they just do not answer the question or act on the issue I have. I don't order from them anymore unless the product Im after is absolute nowhere else available. They often use another sending method than the one I paid for, issues with products aren't solved and they often keep pushing back the date without notice, but when you send a complaint then all of a sudden they send it the next day. Not a fan, I prefer another China site.
