    First time ordering with a sizeable order. Message back with Oops something wrong try again. Nope. Called customer service and spoke with a Christopher who couldn't help because does returns. WHAT? So called to place an order on hold 12 min. Went to Chat option. Said within 2 min. 6 min later no chat response. This is the first time this has happened to me for ordering. VERY poor all around service.
    Love my little holiday Dear Dear sweater dress! Is so adorable and the quality is excellent! This company has really great customer service!
    I continually receive messages from Hannah Anderson confirming my purchases and their delivery, despite never having visited the website, nor bought anything from them and after messaging them on various occasions to notify them of their error (obviously the customer who had bought from them wasn't being notified). So - terrible customer service!
    Horrible service! Ordered almost a month ago, the said they would deliver in two weeks and i am still waiting. Have e-mailed 3 times and received no answer! Take your business elsewhere so you won't be disappointed.
    All of my experiences with this company have been positive so far. My orders have been correct and shipped quickly. Communication has been good. Most of all, we love the clothes! My granddaughter thinks they are soft and comfortable. We think they are adorable!
    Ordered clothes, they were listed as being delivered but never were. Called The customer service number, After being in hold for an hour, they had no idea, told me they could leave a message for HA, which is confusing since that's who I called. Very rude. Paid hundreds of dollars with no delivery, and extremely rude customer service. Save yourself the time and energy, DO NOT ORDER FROM HA
    Sales price on website but after ordering they charged the full price! Contacted customer service and she argued that the price on the site isn't the price you pay! Complete con men! Boycott Hanna!
    I was charged twice for my order and couldn't get in touch with customer service. I even tried the website chat and it said expected wait time to be serviced by an agent is 13 minutes. 20 minutes passed and the timer still said 13 minutes. They make it impossible to reach an agent.
    I use their burb cloths, they are the softest and most wonderful, if you can be patient. It takes them approximately 14 days to even ship. This is the most terrible, slowest shipping experience I've had. They need to get up to speed with shipping.
    I regret not researching/looking at all their bad reviews before ordering from Hanna Andersson. My first order was missing half of the items, though I was billed the full amount. Their customer service is non-existent, couldn't get through the phone and emails went unanswered. Such a disappointing experience and it seems they have many unhappy and dissatisfied customers. I filed a dispute with my credit card for the missing items billed and surely will file a complaint with the BBB. Don't shop there unless you want aggravation.
    I bought pijamas for my family, spent more than 300$and after 2 days they sent me an item that I didn't ordered, they took 5$ of my money for shipping and took almost a month to received MY MONEY BACK of something that was Their mistake :/
    I have been online for almost 2 hours I have ordered for 5 kids and I found very good deals after asking my kids if they all liked it and choosing everything they like we are ready to place that order for almost $450 and when I place that order it log me out them that price went up and I have to order again I call and customer service said to me that that price was still on but my 4 computers say that same customer service did help me I mad sad and my kids are mad too please check for deals they make o ly to order maybe two or 4 items at one time I am not happy with this price change
    Hanna Andersson clothing may be outrageously priced but it NEVER wears out. The dresses, skirts, pj's, snow clothing and hats looked almost un worn, long after they had many uses and a gazillion washes. Their cotton tights were the only ones my incredibly texture fussy kid would wear without complaint. The leggins held up better than any other retailer. My daughter always descibed the snow suits as warm and light. So I would highly recommend their clothing, if you can afford the price point, and certainly if you plan on passing items down to the younger children in your family.
    The worst customer service! I'm trying to return a few items already a MONTH! They sent me a return label twice already (IF they sent it...) but I do not get it!((((
    I was unable to get a refund that was due for a returned gift! They said they sent out a card for exchange (but one was never received). I am very frustrated and would not recommend this company.
    I ordered $600-$700 worth of clothing from them and paid with PayPal. They sent me an email asking information about my bank and credit card (not the actual account numbers) but using PayPal there is no way they would know what it was linked to. I would not give it to them and next thing I know, my order was canceled! I spent hours doing this order! I am so disappointed. They flip-flopped that it was a mistake and that it was because I did not respond to their request about bank information in time which is not true because after I emailed them I would not be giving them extra information, it was the next day they canceled my order out of the blue. I called customer service and they told me 11 items of my order are now no longer available and I, not them, would have to do the order all over again online if I wanted to use PayPal. They said they wouldn't be able to do my order over the phone (the remaining items left that were still available) if I was going to use PayPal but if I were to do a credit card, they would be able to re-create my order (whatever was left of it) over the phone. I was also told I could get a 20% discount that I could use to pay for my shipping because it would be the same as the shipping. They said I could get an email with the code which I never received. They ended the conversation abruptly after the customer service agent said there was nothing else she could do and that she would have to release the phone call and I said fine; suddenly, the conversation ended abruptly and there was a recording about how they were doing. There were no closing words like thank you for doing business with us or have a wonderful day or is there anything else I can do for you. Also, to talk with a manager about the problem of my order being canceled out of the blue, I was told that they would call me back within 24 hours. This is terrible customer service. I don't think I will be buying from this store in the foreseeable future.
    I have shopped Hanna Andersson for gifts for my two grand daughters several times, because my daughter in law likes their clothes. Each time it has taken literally weeks to get the clothes, shipments are often incomplete and, on two occasions, weeks after the order was placed, I have received emails that say an item is out of stock. That means I have to scramble to find something else to replace the out of stock item and I have to return the leggings or whatever it was that I bought to match the missing item. It is pretty much impossible to reach customer service - I have been on hold for 30+ minutes before giving up. I will not shop Hanna Andersson again and do not recommend them.
    Horrible. Placed an order on December 1. Guaranteed delivery within 7-10 business days. Over a week later the order was still not even shipped but was told it was "too late to cancel" the order. Called on December 11th, again told I would have it by Dec 13th even though the FedEx site said it hadn't even shipped yet. Rep blamed it on FedEx's lack of updated data this time of year. Wrote email to HA on 12/13, when I saw that they had missed the promised delivery date. Finally able to track and the FedEx estimate for delivery was now for Dec 19. Asked for explanation from HA and how I could return it when and if it finally arrived. They guaranteed that my return would be free. Then told me my order and others had been discovered sitting in a truck in a FedEx parking lot, again blaming it on FedEx. NEVER ORDER FROM HANNA ANDERSON!
    I used to love shopping at their online store but I am never buying from them again. I placed an order for a set of PJs on Jan. 4th and 10 days later still did not receive a shipment confirmation. Two days ago I emailed their Customer Service department to check on the status of my order, and as of today still did not hear anything back. I know in the past it has taken them a week to ship my orders, which granted is still a pretty long time. But this was the fist time it was taking this long, over 10 days. I finally got a hold of someone named Holly via chat, and explained the situation and my frustration. She was totally unapologetic, and said it's normal for orders to arrive after 10 days. I reiterated that it was over 10 days later, I I hadn't even received a shipment confirmation. And also that Customer Service had never gotten back to me. She told me that they're just a few days behind due to holiday clearance order fulfillments. I asked for a manager contact to whom I could send feedback, and she provided their standard customer service email, which I already have. I asked for an actual manager contact and she declined, flatly stating that they don't provide that. Holly had all the understanding, professionalism and compassion of a robot. I think this was actually the worst customer service chat experience I've ever had. Their clothes are on the pricey side, but I've splurged on them in the past because I really liked them. Well, now I have a really good excuse not to. This is actually great because now I can spend more of my limited budget on baby clothes from brands like Boden and Posh Peanuts, where the customer service doesn't suck.
