Trustworthy and reliable. I've used them a good few times now, they have some good deals but the trust factor in particular is excellent. I should mention they have a really good UI. The integration with Steam and Uplay is easy and breezy. I really like the Uplay connect feature where you can automatically redeem games on your Uplay account just by logging in. (and it keeps you logged in if you like) Great site, I really recommend them.I purchased a video game serial key from Green man gaming. The key did not work, I tried several different ways to activate the game and it did not work. Then I contacted Green man gaming to report the issue, I was told that I was either using a VPN (meaning I was not in the country of residence I had specified) and I must contact the VIDEO GAME DEVELOPER about the issue. I escalated this issue with pay-pal. Green man gaming also have indicated in their user agreement that they cannot respond to pay-pal issues WITHIN 100 DAYS of the query being issued. The serial key later worked and I indicated it had worked, I WAS THEN TOLD AGAIN TO CONTACT THE DEVELOPER ABOUT THE ISSUE. It seems what ever is happening at Green man gaming is highly suspicious and they don't actually offer any actual help when there is an issue.Their policy is no refunds after they provide you with the keys. They keys are provided on purchases making a refund impossible in all scenarios.This website is amazing. I've bought a few games and I'm happy so far. Not only they have many games but their deals are also very cool.I originally loved their website as they often have great deals on things. Around the time when Dead Island came out, I found their website and opted to purchase the game from them. Had no issues with getting my purchase redeemed and I was up and playing on the release day. Over the years they've done time-exclusive sales, events, and even time-exclusive freebies on their website. However, they've always had trouble in communicating this to their audience. As a result, I would often miss opportunities simply because I didn't even know there were opportunities. Even having been opted into their emails, I would receive it delayed, and therefore by the time I was at a position to look into it given that it's usually coming to me when I am working, the time-exclusive item or sale was over. As a result of this constant issue, I ultimate decided to stop using the platform. At some point I tried to opt-out of email communications, but their unsubscribe requires me to log into the account to opt-out, which should not be a thing. I should be able to opt-out from a button press. I tried to log in, but it seems my credentials were changed. I tried to reset my password, but it never works and I am never able to get into my account. I've tried to reach out to their support, but I either get told that I need to log into the account to unsubscribe or I get told to use the password reset, which doesn't work. I've asked them multiple times to stop sending me email, and at this point I have filed complaints with all of the relevant channels and have marked them as spam in my inbox. I still receive their emails after all of the effort trying not to, and it's disappointing to see them go down the spam route as they were a really great service. Still has good prices and maybe one day I will be interested in what they have to offer, but I would rather support channels that actually listen. Edit: I've tried calling and emailing them to remove my subscription. I was actually told to end my life. Seeking legal options. Edit 2: They are now committing illegal advertising practices by sending "order confirmations" as emails that are not order confirmations; a federal offense.I have been their client for 5 years and I often find excellent deals. Key collection is almost always immediate and the only time I've had problems with an order they have fixed it in a day. Perfect!I'm amazed how many good deals they have to offer. Bought most of the games that I wanted ant they were quite a bit cheaper than usual. I couldn't be more happy with what they provided.So far, web sites easy to find their way, in addition to everything's layed out sufficiently which it's easy to locate what you are looking for, for the software you are looking for, consequently Now I'm amazed total.
