    I ordered flowers on 8/26. Today, 9/1, they have not been delivered yet. I chose an expensive bouquet for a very special event. Their customer service is spotty... or nonexistent. It is interesting to see how they try to hide real customers' bad experiences by writing five-star reviews themself. Do not trust this company with your hard-earned money! They should be ashamed.
    Got delivered a bouquet of a very old flowers. They died 2 days later and also got a teddy bear that was a bit torn (heart not well stitched). I contact the customer service through website, sent 3 emails and no reply. I got a reply through their page on facebook and they offered me a 50% discount which for them is good enough to cover the deception of my girlfriend. I highly do not recommend them because once the only things that matters for them is money. If you have an issue with your package, no one is there to help you.
    I would rate it a 0 if I had the option. Valentines Day is February the 14th, note it down for the next time. FloraQueen decided to deliver one day before that, with no explanation given, while also NOT providing a €16 vase paid for. Additionally, after a very disappointing outcome and two support claims created, they will not refund the overcharge, of course until they get the claim from the consumer's association. Buy local, skip this service, it cannot be relied on.
    I purchased flowers for mother's day and set the delivery date as May 8th just incase there was a delay due to high volume. It's now the 10th and still no sign of the order. I spent over $140 and there's been no communication in delay or anything. Also when I've gone to reach customer service, I have had no luck getting a hold of anyone. I would never recommend this company to anyone as this whole process has been frustrating.
    Do NOT use this Company under any circumstances. Was totally embarrassed by the cheap looking arrangement sent, did not match the photo. The message I typed for the card was not the same either. Still awaiting a response to my complaint. Order# 66918859 Wish I had read these reviews before ordering! One star is too much! See pictures, ordered the Autumnal Splendour: Lilies and Roses but the arrangement with the red roses was sent!
    I spent 164 Australian dollars or 104 euros to send a bunch of flowers to Australia and paid extra for it to arrive the day after. They arrived after 5 days, after I had to chase them down and they delivered a lousy bunch of flowers worth about 15 euros at the most. It was a bad experience that also made me look bad. They promised me 50% of my money back and 8 days have gone by but no refund has arrived.
    Ordered 3 days ahead of the required delivery date, they set the delivery date a day later than ordered and agreed. They just got it wrong. Messed up my anniversary surprise for my wife. They Didn't answer customer help requests and there isn't a phone number to call... so couldn't resolve anything. So all in all... bloody useless, I could have used anyone else in the city local and I would have got the flowers delivered as requested! - So Floraqueen didn't keep their contract and didn't deliver. Evidence attached on date mess up.
    The biggest scammer in the world, would have given it a negative score if I can! Ordered some sympathy flowers for my auntie for the loss of her husband. The bouquet arrived 3 days late and looks nothing like the one on the website. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Do not trust any positive reviews for this company!
    The appalling unfair and deceptive practice of having people pay for a bouquet and have it be nothing like what was paid for is shameful. I would wager most people don't catch that quality disclaimer on your website. I wish I could show screenshots of what was ordered and what was received. Do not use this company you will be disappointed. Feel like the FTC should go after these guys it was that egregious.
    I'm very disappointed! They delivered the flowers a day later, and so they ruined the whole surprise and left my mother without flowers on Mother's Day. Also missing was the card I had paid for and they went without a box, without paper without anything. Quality is quantity does not correspond at all to the picture! The flowers arrived day later at 6 in morning... Everything is bad! I have no words to describe more for the service...
    What a lame excuse for a business. I ordered a straight forward 12 pink roses (10 days in advance of delivery). The recipient got red roses, not even close to a dark shade of pink. There was a personal reason I ordered PINK! I contacted customer service and got a completely lame (we're sorry abou that) letter filled with excuses that they did nothing out of the ordinary. What a crock of crap...
    I was shocked when I saw the floral arrangement my daughter and her husband received for their 10 Wedding Anniversary. I asked her if the leaves are real. They look fake. She hasn't answered my question. There are 3 lily buds, and a few roses which are much shorter than the lily stems, but not the color, not the arrangement I ordered. Very amateur looking, very disappointing.
    I live in the USA and used this company to send flowers and champagne to my wife who is taking care of family in Europe. Spent nearly $140 and they didn't deliver anything. They blame me for giving a wrong address, but the shipping company shows Floraqueen provided a different non-existent address than the one I provided and that's on my order receipt. It's a scam. I feel so stupid for not reading all the other reviews from people who had the same experience and explained this company is running a scam. I'm now living the nightmare of trying to raise a Paypal dispute to get my money back.
    Stay away! I ordered roses on Valentine's Day and received only half of my order. Also the flowers were small and not pretty. I complained multiple times but barely received any response. Now they wanted to send new roses but nothing arrived. In my view flora queen is a scam ripping off customers!
    I've used the service to send flowers to relatives in Poland a few times now. The first two times the flowers in the bouquet did not match what was originally pictured but the quality and quantity of the flowers was comparable so I wasn't too concerned. However, the most recent order, for which I paid extra to get the premium size, was a disappointment. They increased the overall size by adding a lot of green foliage. I've included photos so that you can judge for yourself the website photo versus the upgraded "premium" version that was received. Will seek to take my business elsewhere in the future.
    There are many issues which make me very very upset and unsatisfied. 1-The size of the flowers was not what I ordered. I ordered Deluxe and it was a small bunch of flowers.(photo attached). 2- My order didn't deliver on the right day and it was late. It was for a birthday and there is no point having them day after. 3- The flowers which I received was not what I ordered. 4- I got an email which mentioned I will receive complementary box of chocolate which I haven't.
    After missing delivery by 10 days, not communicating on time upon request to avoid the mistake, they now come with all sorts of stupid excuses why we can't cancel, can't get refund and still don't have flowers. Only action they come with is - go get them yourself... really? Fly from California to find some flowershop to give to my 80 year old Mother? Check the picture of the order status with today date: Its STILL in preparation? DONT USE FLORAQUEEN, THEY CHEAT AND LIE!
    First they delivered my order 3 days later without any explanation, then when it arrived the plant was dead and The chocolate completely melted, I spend 84 dollars for this rubbish and when I contacted their customer service over and over NOBODY had the decency to reply! They ripped me off and couldn't care less! Don't buy from them they won't back up an order that went wrong, you will be on your own. Disgusting
    I rarely write bad reviews…however this time, I had to: this is simply a fraud…Might aswell ask my 5yo niece, next time, to gather some flowers from outside and put them tgt. We ordered them as a gift, for our colleague, but then had to add more flowers for another 25€ to make it look somewhat ok…not gonna lie-we really feel ashamed to show up with this „gift" now. I'll attach some pics of what we ordered versus what we got for 65€ Seriously, you'll find better bouquets at the gas station +wrong vase +wrong card
    Cant understand people giving bad name to this company but they have giving me 5 start service flowers arrived in time and was given more flowers than I ordered and they gave my wife not just best flowers they also top it up with excellent and expensive chocolates not the cheap ones I ordered well done to flora queen I will be there customer always cheers!
    Ordered flowers for my cousin in New Zealand as her Mother had died. They did not arrive got onto FloraQueen for some reason they said they could not deliver them and would give me a refund. Paid out over £60 all i have got back is £12-60 have sent e-mails to company but no reply. Not only is it very upsetting as my cousin did not get the flowers but they have stolen nearly £48 from me. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
    I wanted a gift for my friend on Valentine's Day our first…looked around for international florist and went with floraqueen. Spent 140 Australian dollars…morning of Valentine's Day got a message said it would be delivered. Never arrived no email…I sent three four emails before end of business with no response. Still no response. No phone number to call…my friend and I are very disappointed…I will never use again and advise against using. Even if delivered today will not be the same as she was waiting all day on Valentine's Day. Very upset customer
    Ordered flowers for my elderly mother stuck in lock down in France, they did not arrive. I emailed x 2 as no telephone number available. Today, more then 2 weeks later, I've revived an email to say my issue has been resolved. But it hasn't as they've still not received the flowers. This company is using covid 19 as an excuse for extremely poor service. Basically they're ripping people off. Avoid at all cost!
    I posted a review here approximately a week and a half ago, saying that FloraQueen did not delivered ordered flowers or champagne on my WEDDING day. Someone from the company got in touch with me by saying that they would like to fix this and apparently they had already emailed me. Now, they did email me (screenshot attached) saying that the flowers will be delivered tomorrow, which was almost TWO WEEKS AGO. No flowers, no champagne. They do not answer any of my emails, and of course there is no phone number to call. I am not even going to comment on the fact that the person that emailed me did not even apologise for the flowers being late. Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service. I have already contacted a lawyer regarding this matter, so will update on how it goes. Would not recommend Flora Queen to anyone.
    I ordered two flower orders for the same address on the same day. One arrived, one did not! There is no number to call, no live chat, your only the option to email them through their website. I have attempted to reach them with no success. Sent 6 emails! No response whatsoever! No customer service at all! Buy your flower somewhere else! I am out of pocket $100 and have a recipient with no flowers! So disgusted by this company!
