    Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. Had to cancel flights because of Covid - quantas reimbursed flight network but they won't reimburse me or use the flights elsewhere. One sales lady told me I could have a credit and then when I found flights I wanted and called back they said it was against policy. Now the phone line is always busy and haven't been able to get through for over a week. $1000 lost to this scam of an organization
    I had booked tickets from them in November and there was an issue regarding my flight cancellation and when I called the customer service, the guy wasn't professional enough and was speaking to me about my issue like he was high on drugs. They haven't sort out my issue yet but this will the first and last time I will be booking from them. I learned my lesson: You may find these travel agency cheap but do your research before booking your tickets. Horrific!
    After looking for a non stop round trips from Toronto to Cartagena de Indias, I got the best deal from FlightNetwork. Congrats!
    I paid for a flight back to Australia. All looked fine until I received emails saying that my flight was cancelled and I was entitled to a refund minus to a refund fee imposed by Flight Network. This is illegal in Australia and although I have rejected their request to charge me a refund fee, they keep insisting. Avoid at all costs. It will cost you much more time and money trying to unravel all of the mess the make for you than what you think you save from their original price.
    I've contacted Flight Network 4 times about my open ticket to be used before April 5 2022 and each time an agent says I'm referred to a support person who will help with rebooking within 24 hours. Each time they never follow up. Flight Network is unreliable and believe now they don't return the call so they keep your money. I will never deal with Flight Network again. Will also report them to the Better Business Bureau.
    Charged extra for a flexible fare and when called to make a change was on the phone for nearly 2 hours twice and no one ever answered just a very irritating hold message saying their customer service will be happy to help. Absolute rubbish. Gave u and lost my money now seeing how I can get this terrible company taken out of business.
    I had a terrible experience with FlightNetwork. I wasted my time waiting hours to get in touch, and they kept transferring to other lines and had to wait more than 2hours. They told me to wait until their manager calls me. No returning call. I called them waited few more hours. As soon as they picked up the phone, they told me to wait. But result, No refund even lockdown period. Do not purchase any flight tickets through this company!
    My flight was cancelled and they put me on a flight I couldn't make. Then when I told them to put me on an alternative flight that I could actually make they charged me $55. Spoke to 6 different people kept transferring departments spent 2 hrs with the airline and then 1hr with flight network kept giving me the run around and not helpful at all. Airline said they don't own the tickets but an involuntary change should be free. $55 for nothing. SCAM! Book direct, these guys couldn't run a chook raffle. DODGY!
    Avoid buying tickets from FlightNetwork regardless of the price. Worst company I had to deal with in my life. For any issue, it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them out by phone or email. My flight got cancel and the airline refunded the full amount, only that I received nothing from it. FlightNetwork refuses to refund me the money even though they received the money from the airline. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT purchase tickets from Flight Network
    Absolutely terrible. Will never use it again. I was charged for re-booking my flight that was cancelled back in March due to COVID19. Received an email the following day that the flight is cancelled. Called and they said they would get back, which they didn't. Called again twice after that and was hanged up on both times. Instead called the airline directly and was able to change my ticket no problems. Thus, these people are nothing but thieves. Not legit. Poor customer service. Zero stars.
    Buyers beware. I'm very disappointed my flight was cancelled by the airline company. To add to the disappointment, flight network charged my credit card $150.00 for me to get my refund, even though I have purchased a flight protection plan. Remember, I'm not the one who cancelled the flight, why should I be penalized. The customer service lack empathy and understanding. Not professional at all and at times can be rude.
    If u want to get stuck on call with their agents for more than 20-30 hrs combined, only then choose flight network. My flight was cancelled by the Airline 2 months ago, still none of the agents know how to help. Have called around more than 20 times and waites for about 1-2 hrs everytime. None of the superior call back. Worst experience and worst customer service. Please please please if u need peace of mind, don't even think about checking prices here.
    I paid a change fee months ago to request a refund or credit for a flight that was cancelled in July 2020 due to COVID. There is nowhere online to check the status of the refund and when I attempt calling customer service I have been on hold for 3 to 4 hours. If they will not refund me, I wish to simply know instead of wasting my time. Due to COVID uncertainty, if you do need to cancel your trip I would not take the risk of purchasing through Flight Network.
    I have an open ticket with them and I have been trying to call them from the ONE AND ONLY (paid) number that they provide on their website ( *******959). All other 800 -toll-free US numbers are not working at all- no dial tone at all. I was on hold for one hour and it got disconnected. My hold for the second hour got disconnected as well. I paid in advance for two international tickets and they do not even answer the phone. I do not know what to do and where to complain! Update: After 2.5 hours on hold on 07/22/2021, I was able to speak with a live agent, only to be told to contact the airlines. I had an open ticket and the airline website wrote to contact the ticketing agency. In any way, I contacted the airlines, United Airlines via online chat. They issued me a new ticket in less than 15 minutes and I even got a refund. I will NOT be using Flight Network again.
    Horrible booking experience. I got an email saying airline cancelled one of my connecting flights. Called customer service to re-book alternate flight. Waited at least 50 mins to get to speak to an agent. Agents were rude and not at all helpful. Almost 3 weeks passed and no response. Finally had to call airlines to re-book and change my travel plans. Never ever book through this agency.
    I called to change my flight date (as website wouldn't let me do it). I waited on hold an hour and a half, just to be told they would have somebody get back to me within 72 hours. After waiting to hear from them for six days I called back and waited on hold for THREE HOURS only to be disconnected. The travel date was approaching so I ended up starting over and booking a brand new flight. They are so hard to get ahold of. I will be avoiding this company in the future.
    This company is a complete disaster. I don't advise anyone to book with them. Customer service is impossible to reach and even after sending several emails to fix a problem, the only thing they do is direct you to their US number, which NO ONE ANSWERS. I have been trying to change a date on my ticket and I even paid extra to make my ticket flexible, yet this simple task is a big issue for them. They don't even deserve 1 star. It's only because we have to select a star to make review.
    Not only did I spend hours on phone to cancel, I was told that the only way to do that was via email. 3 emails later, no response, spent more hours calling. Told they would cancel but I had to pay the Flight Network fee of $100 Canadian per person because I am cancelling. They are not waiving fees during the global crisis where all travel is basically locked down. Incredible how they are profiting during this crisis. Will never use them again.
    I hope that the current crisis in the airline industry makes this terrible company go under once and for all, as they are negligent criminals who treated me horribly and cost me so much money this past fall. Reading about the rights of passengers currently struggling with travel and airlines and travel agencies, I'm reminded of their abominable service and how much money they stole from me (about 2000, a lot for me on a 500$ one way flight). Flight Network is a dark and traumatic memory for me. I hope the company does not survive to hurt more people.
    My flight was cancelled due to COVID 19. FlightNetwork sent me an email saying they would refund full amount. The email said it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for the complete refund. So I waited for 12 weeks. Nothing. So I called their customer service, waited for 1 hour 30 min on hold. No one answers, so I hung up. My credit card company has filed a dispute and I got my full money back. I highly recommend against using this company. I will never book a ticket from them.
    Worst Flight Booking platform I would rate 0 for this platform. 2 days back I got best cheap offer from this platform from Delhi to Calgary flight. I booked it right away and also got confirmation email, money was deducted from my card. I was really excited for my plan and already started packing. However, today in the morning in my Junk folder I see an email for cancellation of flight. FOREALL! With no reason of cancellation. Disgusting service, would never recommend this to anyone Also, they don't answer calls!
    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Unfortunately covid has affected everyone's plan for travelling. They should appreciate this fact. But when speaking to customer service (40 min on hold everytime) they are so disinterested and actually hang up as 'other' customers are waiting. Apparently my issues are not important enough. Very quick to take customers money but no bothered to deal with issues. Better off paying extra and booking with airlines directly
    I had to canlcelled a flight due to the pandemic. It has now been over 8 months and the company still does not reply to provide a solution (either refund the money or support to book another flight), despite their claims to respond in 72 hours (which they never did). Any suggestion on what to do with this company? Please don't book a flight with this company unless you are willing to loose your money, they never respond, their phones are always busy and are a complete mess...
    After the Airline company cancelled my flight in March 2020, I submitted a refund request to FlightNetwork. 20 months later, I didn't receive a penny. I have been calling their call centre but didn't get any help. The message I have been hearing from their front line employees working from Mumbai "your request is still in progress. You'll get a phone call back within 48h" My advise: Never trust or deal with FlightNetwork.com
    Wow, this was the worst customer service I have ever had. Trying to change my flight because of the Coronavirus and every single person I speak to says the same thing, "I will need to transfer you to this one person who can help you." Well, 7 transfers later and I am still on hold. I'm shocked at how little ownership these people display. Tony, Ben, Chris and a number of other people made my experience especially terrible.
